I bought my first set a few months ago because they met all my criteria for what I was looking for. They were adjustable to my seats, they had 2 pockets (one big and one small) rather than the 3 small pockets that most of the kick mats have, and they had overall great reviews all around. I wanted a pocket that was big enough for coloring books, etc. Well, within the first month, the mesh of one of the pockets ripped. They were great about refunding me and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. After I returned them, I ordered a different set of kickmats that I wasn't satisfied with. While they had the pocket sizes I wanted, they did not have adjustable straps like I thought they did. So, after that disappointment, I decided to give these kick mats another try since their customer service was so great and because I didn't see any negative reviews about the mesh pockets ripping. I thought it must have just been a faulty product the first time. I got these in the mail last week and was excited to give them another try. Well, it's been less than a week and the mesh has already ripped. Ugh. I really wanted to like these, but will be sending them back again. I give them a 5 star rating for their customer service, but unfortunately their product just doesn't hold up to normal wear and tear.
