Amazing cereal. Due to medication, I have to eat enough protein and fiber etc for breakfast or I get nauseous and sick, it is horrible. This keeps me full till 12-1pm and no nausea! This is the perfect breakfast cereal. I've been trying to get myself to eat breakfast and this cereal makes it enjoyable. Gives me a nice boost of energy and a good "full" feeling not the gross kind of full. Will be ordering again.
