I have a very high arch and did have a bit of trouble getting the shoe on , but once on they are very comfortable especially for the height of the heel They are very elegant, if they had the nude in my size as I would buy those as well. I usually find Sacha London to run big and rather wide, these are a little big but not even a half size, so order your regular size, my feet are on the wide side and these were fine for me.
