Too long for short people
I read the reviews that suggested these might be too long, so it was my bad to order. They are about two inches too long for me at 5'3" and that means they quickly become painful at the back of the knee where the socks bunch up a bit and multiply the compression. I tried smoothing them down so they were less stretched along the length of my leg, hoping that it would distribute the excess length throughout the rest of the stocking and reduce the pain at the back of my knees. Didn't work. Over the course of an hour or so, the stockings stretched out to full length, or worse yet, bunched in places along the leg to create a bind that was truly painful. They offer good compression and I think they are useful for someone taller than I, but sadly these aren't meant for shorties.

They think extra-large means medium or small men's size.
I bought extra-large size. I wear a size 12 1/2 men's shoe. I have a moderate edema compared to what I had. At least, the pain is less than it was. I couldn't get the socks on my feet. Had to return them. They did seem able to generate pressure but I can't testify to that as I never got them on.

Not too bad for the price I would say.
Awesome compression and great for the summer.After a weeks use, the heal stitching started unravel some. Not bad but noticeable.I would say that they would be a bit too thin for my liking but I do get good compression.

Wonderful surprise!
Love these. I didn't know how to use the helper thingy they give you. When I figured it out it is the most fun. I love this thingy it helps put the socks on grear and makes me giggle every time i use it. Enjoy!

3 stars because after wearing for awhile the socks start to roll back on my foot which makes them a little uncomfortable
