Perfect solution for Braun shaver
These batteries breathed new life into an otherwise dead shaver. Familiarity with soldering is required, but there are great youtube tutorials on how to disassemble your shaver and replace the batteries. It was even handy to receive the screwdriver too, although the coasters were a cheap and pointless addition to the package.

Easy to install.
The batteries were very easy to install. The tabs that are tack welded to the battery ends could be replaced by a wire to make it even easier to install.

You need to be able to solder.
My shaver is like a brand new shaver now. The batteries came fully charged and work great. Just make sure you have decent soldering skills because the batteries are soldered to the circuit board. No instructions included so you're on your own figuring out how to do it.

No instructions!!!
It does you no good to buy new batteries for a razor if there is no instructions on how to install. Razor manual doesn't show how to install either. So unless you are a repairman & know how to repair you are screwed!

These batteries can save you a ton of money!
Wish I had known about these replacement batteries earlier. My Braun batteries stopped retaking charge more than a year ago. I bought a cheaper razor as I didn't want to spend $300 on a new one. When I read online that you could replace the batteries I bought these along with a soldering kit. The total cost was u dear $30. It took me multiple attempts to get the soldering right but now my razor is working just fine.

The batteries are fine, but the tabs are too wide. My soldering skills aren't what they used to be and I had trouble with the tabs.

Works but not easy to install
It took some time and tools to un-solder the existing batteries, I understand that the fault is on the original manufacturer, Braun could have made the batteries easier to replace. The provided screwdriver is a perfect fit. Be careful of the inner mechanism when disassembling/re-assembling. SO far after 2 weeks the batteries keep the charge and is working as expected. Will see if these batteries are any good, the last ones lasted +10 years.
