Schiek Sports Model 3004 Power Lifting Belt - Black

This lifting belt is for real! I've trained several workouts wearing it, and am in love with it. Foremost, it is comfortable from first use. The contoured hips fit between my ribs and pelvis like this belt were designed specifically for my physiology. It's lightweight was a concern at first, but is structurally sound and provides excellent support. The unique one-way Velcro is incredible, allowing for a custom fit seldom found without sacrificing structural integrity. The bio mechanical conical shape of the belt is a welcome addition as it's taper fits the torso like a glove. When I step up to heavy dead lifts or squats, I lock it in and push myself to new PR's. Using this belt has allowed me to increase my 1RM's in the squat and deadlift considerably. Furthermore, the ability to loosen the belt after a set is simple and allows me to maximize my rest periods. When approaching the next set it takes literally 1 second to reset the belt with whatever level of security I require. I highly recommend this product for novice all the way up to the most seasoned lifter. You cannot go wrong with it. As far as sizing is concerned, I maintain appx a 32 inch waist, so I ordered a small. I prefer a tight lifting belt and if I went with a medium it would be much too large. Moreover, I am 6' 1" and I purchased the 3004 model. The 4.75 inch width in the back provides supreme mobility in addition to support. The widened tabs in the front are perfect for abdominal bracing if you know how to use a lifting belt correctly. Buy this belt, that's all I have to say.

Awesome belt. Really contours to my midsection. I've always used leather belts which are great support but always dig into my sides, even the contoure shaped ones. This belt is just as supportive if not more and is super comfy. I can just leave it on the whole workout. The Velcro is probably the strongest Velcro I've ever seen. There's no way it could ever come loose. I got the small. I'm 5'6" at 183lbs with about a 31" waiste and its perfect size. Even if I wear a thick hoodie I have plent of Velcro left. Would recommend to any serious lifter.

I've gone from powerlifting to Olympic lifting and this belt is wonderful. I've used everything from single buckle basic valeo leather belts, Velcro belts, single prong Olympic lifting and powerlifting belts, and lever lock powerlifting belts. Hands down my favorite for comfort and assistance without feeling like I'm wearing a corset. It's low profile helps with not letting the bar clip it when I successfully keep the bar close unlike single prong leather belts I've used for Olympic lifts.

This is my 4th Schiek belt I've owned so you know I must like them. The first one I wore out, the second was a leather one, it was a good belt but it was not as comfortable as the first nylon one so I sold it and got the third one a 3006 (nice belt) and it was stolen, it was a great belt but I guess someone wanted it more. First off this belt arrived really quick, even though we live in Hawaii so that impressed me, it usually takes awhile for things to arrive even with Prime. Second, it fits well and is comfortable like my previous belts. The only problem I have is that the black part of the belt looks like it has a protective coating on it and looks like a hazy gray. It also looks like it was wet (see picture) but besides the hazy color it looks new. I was going to try and call but I didn't see a number so I left a review instead. It doesn't appear that it will effect how it works in the gym and the looks don't really matter to me when I'm working out but it was less than I was expecting from Schiek. It's not worth the time to exchange it but I felt I needed them know. I would buy from them again I have never been disappointed with their products.

Didn't think I'd be writing a review about this belt, but man this is the best lifting belt I've ever used. It just works SO well and so easily once you follow the directions. It's super solid, more like a leather belt than a velcro belt yet much easier to get on and get tight than a leather belt. This belt IS different than any other velcro belt I've used or seen and it feels like it's built to last. The design really works. I've only had it a few weeks so I have no idea what it will be like in a year or two, but for now it's hands down the best belt I've ever used.

I love this belt. I tried the element 26 belt and it dig into my ribs and the support was mediocre. I also tried the Schiek 2004 which was comfortable but to stretchy. The Schiek 3004 is very comfortable and stiff enough to offer fantastic support.

Great product, perfect fit

Good belt so far. Ive only had it for about a month and i dont use it everyday i lift. Its as supportive as many of the 4" wide leather belts ive used for heavy squats/DL, but easier to get in to and out of. As far as sizing goes, i wear 32-33" waist in jeans and a small fits well with a little room for growth.

Really like the quality of the belt. I just wish I had ordered an xs as it doesn’t feel as small as the dimensions suggested.

High quality and features are as described. Improved comfort and stability during squats. The unique shape of the belt makes a difference.

First time trying this type of belt, it’s worth the money, very good quality.
