One of a kind ultra portable packed with great specs and premium build quality.
I was a little nervous to order this device all the way from China without having prime as an option but I took the chance. I was not disappointed. The item came in less than 5 days and the seller seems very honest. The first thing I noticed when unboxing and first holding little guy was the build quality. This thing screams premium all the way. I'm talking Macbook pro quality. It is built like a little tank. Hefty but not too heavy. The keys have a nice sturdy feel. The screen is tight with little to no movement when performing touch screen actions. There is also a screen protector applied which I chose to remove but can be left on for extra protection. The little mouse dot button is surprisingly easy to use. I wouldn't say it replaces a large glass trackpad but for a laptop this size it is adequate. I can comfortable say that this 8.4 inch laptop that came out of nowhere has a better port selection then a $3000 Macbook pro. USB-C, USB-A, Mini HDMI, Micro SD and headphone jack. Overall specs and performance are phenomenal for a laptop this size. It wont beat out your dell XPS or Razerblade stealth laptops but I don't think anyone was expecting an i7 processor, 16gb RAM and a 512 SSD in an 8.4" 2 in 1 laptop at all. The laptop zips though regular tasks without any issues. Multiple programs open, web browsing with over a dozen windows, all not a problem with 16gb of RAM. I was able to play world of warcraft with no problem on medium settings. I also played overwatch but had to turn the graphics down low but I was still very happy that I can play full pc games on a device that can fit in my jacket pocket. Being a gadget freak this thing is the ultimate find and I am constantly challenging what it can do. I installed adobe creative suite and was able to edit large files in photoshop without a problem. I have yet to try video editing but i'm sure it wont be much of an issue. The laptop does get a little warm to the touch under heavy usage like gaming but so do all laptops. It does have a fan but I don't think it's a very large one. The battery seems pretty decent. I have not been able to cycle through several times yet to get it optimized but i'd say keeping the screen at 35-40% i was getting over 6 hours and charging is a non issue wince it uses a tiny power brick with USB-C that can double as your phone charger. The brick is about the size of an ipad charger. Smallest I've ever seen charge a laptop. BTW the screen is still very bright even at 40%. Overall I am excited and happy to have the OneMix 3 Platinum edition. It wasn't cheap but when you consider what you are getting it was well worth it. I do want to list a few things I didn't like. Mostly these are nitpicking but a few I feel are valid. The keyboard layout has some questionable decisions. Tab key placement, Caps lock next to the A key. Typing definitely takes some getting used to. The print screen button is a different font. Why? Turning the machine on requires you to hold the power button for like 4 seconds. Despite liking the mouse dot, it is not as good as a touchpad. The backlit keys do not cover evenly. Near my A key it's a bit dimmer. This device does not have a slot for a sim card which really sucks. This is probably the one thing I am most upset about when I take it on the road. To summarize the OneMix 3 is not a perfect machine but it is a damn good one. Like a little baby from the moment I picked this thing up I was in love. People who travel a lot, don't have a lot of space, like portable devices and gadget heads will go crazy for this thing. I highly recommend it.

Mostly Great, But Some Note-worthy Problems
First, I'm super glad I purchased a Yoga 3S Platinum. It's powerful and handles a lot of the things I use in a higher end laptop. I love the portability, USB3 and USB-C, and MicroSD slot. It performs well, the screen is good (as long as you don't turn the fan off). Here are the key issues I've found, which are not acceptable for a high-end version of the laptop. I'm still trying to resolve some in case it's possible, and will update if I can resolve some. 1. The WiFi chip is not good. In my house, where I may have 2 bars of WiFi, the Yoga will not even pick up or stay connected to the WiFi. This makes mobility a challenge and had to purchase a mesh WiFi system for my house. 2. Many shortcut keys don't work, even after reinstalling windows. For example, Win+Shift+S doesn't open the snipping tool. Ctrl+T, Ctrl+w, among others don't work properly in apps like Chrome. This is really disruptive because they make productivity much easier, which is necessary with a minimalist touch pointer. 3. The BIOS does not have all features visible. I need to use VirtualBox and cannot because I cannot access the VT-x setting in the BIOS. I've been researching ways to try update my BIOS, but am hesitant to do anything out of fear of wrecking the computer. 4. It does get pretty hot, but the fan is very effective. If I turn the fan off, the heat essentially overheats the screen and it becomes unusable. The screen will go blank or lines will show up all over the place. 5. I watched many videos on the non-platinum versions and that there is an extra m.2 slot to expand the storage. This configuration doesn't have that, so I'm unable to add additional storage beyond the microSD. I will have to explore this further. Overall, I really like it, and I'm hoping support is okay, but I won't hold my breath. I'm worried about getting a replacement since they aren't held in the USA, which means shipping can take a long time.

What a frustrating ride it's been
When I first received this, I was very excited. Finally, a (somewhat) pocketable device that had a full keyboard. I could work at full speed, or very close to it away from my desk, then when at my desk all I had to do what connect it to a monitor and keyboard/mouse, and continue working at my desk. This was the perfect device for me,.. However the initial unit I received would charge up on the OEM charger, then start slowly discharging it's battery. Xammue was kind enough to help get another one to me with three day shipping. When I received the second one, I reset the first one (something they hadn't asked me to do previously), and the behavior remained, and then seemed to go away. However I needed to return it so I'm not sure if it fully went away or not. The second device they sent was perfect. It did everything I needed it to do, and I was very happy with it... Until when I went to plug it in at one point and it sparked. The device would not power on. There was no chance to recover my data. It was done... Again Xammue was great, they sent me a third one. The third one is fine if I'm not pushing it. However if I start doing too much at once, then it will suddenly restart with a quick flash from a bluescreen. The screen is up so briefly that there is no time to see an error, however I informed Xammue about this a few weeks ago and they said they are waiting to hear back from OneNetbook engineers. Last night after the sudden reboot happened 4 times within an hour (which was infuriating) I managed to record the bluescreen the 4th time. It was blurry, but it was pretty clear that there wasn't an error there, just a generic message about it encountering an issue and restarting. I don't fault Xammue for being cautious on this. They have sent me three devices already. However this still means I've paid well over $1300 (not including the costs of shipping devices to them) and I still don't have a primary personal device that I can rely on. That was the entire point of this purchase. At this point I don't care what it takes, a firmware update, something else, I don't care. I paid a lot of money for this, and I shouldn't have to wonder when it's going to spontaneously restart when I'm really pushing it to get work done. This is unacceptable. While I understand how frustrating this must be for Xammue, it is difficult to describe how frustrated I'm feeling about this right now. I feel like I've wasted my money... I would welcome a refund at this point so I can try something else. Update: Xammue asked me to download some files from the 1 netbook site and try to reinstall with those. I put the OnekeyRecoveryPE files on a jumpdrive and recovered using these fresh files from the jump drive. Afterwards I started setting it up, and while I was pressing it hard to get things setup, it crashed. It seems clear this is some kind of (likely processor) fault/instability, where when it starts getting pushed harder, it just crashes. This is something that is frustrating, given the reason I paid so much for this specific model is because I intend to push it hard. I would go from 2 stars to 1.5 stars if it was possible to try to be understanding that Xammue is trying to work with me, but it isn't possible, and it feels like my blood is boiling right now from frustration. I will update the rating and review if things change, but right now I urge caution with this device, even if Xammue is a pretty good seller to work with, if you only have 1 or 2 defective devices.

Amazing performance in so small a machine!
A bit pricey but the entire One Mix 3s package performs and surprises. First up the initiation of Windows 10 upon boot up was flawless and fast, practically hands free from the end user (me). Second the screen! Beautiful to look at and work from. Very good resolution, color and speed refresh rate. Third. 16gb of ram! Everything is speedy (one exception listed below), and multiple screens open if want! Fourth. Input methods. Touch screen is fast with little lag. Wireless mouse is super easy. But I cannot say about stylus, mine is on order. Fifth. Ports are excellent! I used the USB-A for SD card reader and the USB-C for external SSD. Copying several hundred images from the SD card to the external SSD was fast and painless. I bought this computer for this primary reason, to back up photographs in the field. Sixth. So nice to have the micro-SD card slot for even more storage and backups. Though this slot is slow compared to the overall operation of the computer. But truthfully when backing up images to this slot (micro-SD) it doesn't have to be that fast since in my application this is the 'insurance' backup to the SSD. 7th keyboard. Wonderful keyboard. Key presses have nice tactile feel. Size and spacing are great with this 8 inch computer. Only a few keys will take a bit of time to remap in your mind. 8th battery life. Fantastic considering you have an i7 core running speedily. Overall just a fantastic experience. I was using Dell XPS 13 touch for my travel needs. This One Mix 3s saves me over 1.5 pounds of travel weight. That kind of weight savings is huge to me! Communications with the company/support team are also top notch. I've been in touch with them several times figuring out the best micro-SD card for me needs. Their response time to my questions has always been fast and helpful.

sdcard slot has problems. usb side gets hot
i usually don't write reviews but I am hoping I will be contacted with a resolution to my problem. All in all i like the unit but the right side does get hot... Also, have a sdcard slot problem, has intermittent problem of losing whatever sdcard installed. It could be 128 up to 512 gb. Does not matter. It is irratating because I store my data on sdcard. I would love to find a fix and/or have the manufacturer contact me with a solution....

Crashed/Blue Screen
This mini pocket laptop is amazing! I absolutely love it so far... The only issue that I've had with it so far, is that it heats up fast and starts to act up. I tried to use it outside while laying down in the shade and after 30 to 45 minutes of use, it started to overheat. While using it indoors, I have not had any problems with it. I'll say it again, I absolutely love it! The battery lasts much more than I had expected! The mouse works great! You simply have to adjust the settings to your liking. And my favorite thing about it, is that I can flip it over and use it as a tablet. This mini laptop is a game changer! [UPDATE]: The computer crashed after 3 months. Lost everything. All I get now is a blue screen. Fortunately, I bought the insurance. Will be getting it fixed or replaced soon hopefully without any trouble. Will keep you posted.

This is the UMPC that OQO was trying to make years ago
This is truly an impressive machine. Full touch screen with pen digitize. Core i-7 and 16gb RAM. I have gotten 11-13 hour battery life estimates on Windows 10 Pro. Build quality is exceptional! This really feels like the ultimate of UMPC devices. I removed the bottom panel to see that the battery is easily accessible and should be very easy to replace. While the RAM and NVME SSD are soldered to the mainboard, this is to be expected for a device as small as this. I am just happy to see that the battery seems to be user serviceable. It does have a tendency to run hot, but given the small surface area the device represents there isn't a whole lot of room for cooling. Just keep an eye on it and make sure the device is able to breath. Using hardware monitor to check temps, especially under load. If you prize portability but still need a device you can actually WORK on, then I highly recommend this. Job well done One Netbook!

Do not buy
Potentially dangerous; I had written a mixed review of this machine and problems with its mouse; well, I now retract that and offer this: machine caught fire after I tried to get the mouse to behave. Potentially DANGEROUS netbook, DO NOT BUY. House filled with chemical smoke after I whacked at the space bar again trying to get it to behave. Had enough. Can't say you've not been warned. Extremely disappointed. Well over $1500 loss.
