We originally purchased our under-sink 7-stage filtration system in 2019, and it has performed flawlessly since installation. However, three weeks ago, we encountered an issue for the first time. It's sooo nice to have the iSpring under-the-counter reverse osmosis water system. We live in a time that we need to be concerned about plastics and to have this system makes me feel like I'm helping to reduce plastic use and has made my life so much easier not having to haul containers of water around! One of the many benefits of this system is the outstanding customer service. Don't be afraid of using this system! I've had questions on various occasions since I purchased the system in 2015 and iSpring has ALWAYS been extremely helpful. Most recently, Nick at iSpring helped me when I managed to put a replacement filter together incorrectly. (That was MY fault! I didn't read the instructions closely enough!) I emailed the company and Nick provided the information I needed before the end of the day. When you purchase this system, know that you're getting a great product with really terrific customer service!
