Great item for entry way organization
I was a little reluctant to buy this becuase I knew it would be made of paticle board materials. However, I was nicely suprised when it arrived (with great packaging) undamaged and with good quality. It was very easy to assemble, and has a nice design how it attaches to the wall. It can also be easily removed without unbolting if you ever need to repaint the walls.I used four silver bolts to attach the cross member to the wall and we put baskets in the cubbies so you dont see them. Even if you did, the bolts match the color of the hooks.Heavy back packs and coats hang perfectly with no concerns of the unit falling down.It is a very nice and simple product that is easy to build and hang on the wall.

Easy to build, easy to mount, looks great!
Bought for our entryway as we dont have a closet. Assembly time was less than 15 minutes with very simple tools. Mounting to the wall was nice - they give you a grooved board that you screw into your studs, then "drop" the shelf onto - it's VERY solid. The only gripe i have is the plugs to cover the screw holes - they are kind of small and dont really snap in very well. Next time I'm at the hardware store, I will probably pick up some small round stickers to cover the holes with.Overall we love it, it holds four winter coats with ease and the three cubby holes are great for my stuff (gloves, hat, keys, wallet, etc), the significant other's stuff, and our dog's stuff. We also bought the matching shoe rack and they complement each other nicely.

Use this everyday
Looks great on the wall. We are using this in our mud room which serves as our primary entrance and exit for our home. It is functional and sturdy and has plenty of storage capacity, especially when paired with fabric storage boxes. My only negative issue are the assembly instructions: they are not clear. Having assembled much furniture, I am happy that I have also built furniture. It was this experience that got me through the assembly process.

Spectacular and good customer support from manufacturer
Writing this review well over a year after I made my purchase. This product is amazing and beautiful.Do not use the screws they send with to mount to the wall, they’re cheap and strip easily. Get some quality ones from your local hardware store in the same size.I bought one for my room in order to help organize my collection of cardigans and jackets I use most frequently and it absolutely surpassed my wildest dreams. Working retail I have entirely way too many clothes and surpassed the weight limit (I probably had 20 clothing items and books and decorations) and the support bracket that mounts to the wall broke.I loved it so much I ordered a replacement.Obeying the weight limit and removing the books weighing it down I never had a problem.I recently moved and wanted to move this product with me I love it so much. I just can’t remove the mounting bracket due to the screws being stripped upon installation. I did need to use a screw that I had offhand from Lowe’s and that one came out just fine.I wound up not being able to remove the bracket from the wall in the old house, but called the manufacturer and they issued a one time replacement part. Should have done that from the get go instead of ordering a whole new one, but oh well.Gonna look and what other product this manufacturer sells, but gonna provide my own wall mounting screws.13/10 would buy (did buy) again.

Worth the DIY assembly, matches well with Prepac Cubbie Bench
Looks well made and looks great with the matching Prepac Shoe Storage Cubbie Bench. Shows the wall through the cubbies holes (not great) but easy enough to add baskets to cover up. The hanging device made if very easy that my husband (6'1") raised it up to set it on the wall-mounted bracket, though I would have two people to do that part. Pretty easy to assemble it, though some pre-drilled holes seemed problematic but we worked through it with a little effort. No parts are labeled and we assembled some minor things backwards at first. Great piece of furniture. Would have paid $350+ at Pottery Barn for this. So worth buying this one, doing the DIY assembly and saving the money. Thank you, Manufacturer!

Looks good
We were upgrading an entryway Mudroom. We needed shelves and hooks for our kids school and sports bags, plus coats and other miscellaneous items. We got some baskets for the shelves and this ended up great. Function, strong. And looks good. The hooks are still on after a week so we like that quality as compared to the issues we had with other products and our kids.

not what it use to be
Bought one in 2010 and located it in our mud room. the unit was easy to put together, durable and we loved it. So when it was time to move, I thought about taking it down and moving it with us. Instead,I bought a new one and just put it up.What a disappointment: while it is still easy to put together and to install, the quality of the unit is poor. Edges ragged and peeling with gaps and chips.Very disappointed
