The product is fine.
The packaging of this product was inadequate. The boxes were smashed and opened. Thankfully the inside product was not damaged, but had this been for retail display it would have been returned.

I have light brown hair and this dye did absolutely nothing. So frustrating and a complete waste of my time. If you have lighter hair, it might work better, but if you have brown hair, this is not the product for you.
