I've tried other cables, Compared to other Cat 8 cables, such as those from DbillionDa or UGREEN, but this one is great quality for the cost. Like other Cat 8 cables, it is backward compatible with previous Ethernet standards, allowing it to work seamlessly with older devices. Yes, the Dacrown Cat 8 is slightly more expensive than standard Ethernet cables, but its premium features and robust design make it a worthwhile investment for users seeking top-tier performance. It's worth the additional cost. I have NOT experienced and data transfer lags.

This cable is running from my fiber box in the garage to my LAN box inside the house. Connects at my required 2.5gbps rate and am very happy with its construction and flexibility. Cat 8 cables can be very stiff! This is is easy to route and secure.
