The umbrella is advertised with the base - it hasn’t got it! I especially looked for the one with the base so I don’t need to spend additional money - disappointed- waste of time and money. Picture of the product should show the product in offer not something what it is not.Umbrella itself is ok but need heavy base.

Umbrella is big and sturdy but really disappointed that the colour faded so fast. It's supposed to be charcoal but within a couple of months it's turned a horrible brown colour. Not what I expected for the price.

Absolutely over the moon with this item. Its exactly as it reads and is so easy and looks great. Colour is perfect and the company had great delivery service that even in these difficult times was really speedy. Would definately order from again.

I paid £42.99 for this and the quality is amazing! I was expecting a cheap flimsy parasol but it really isn’t. A solid dark grey pole which comes in two pieces and the material is thick and provide ample shade as it’s a big parasol. Love the easy to use wind up/down lever and the tilt function. We bought the cream one. Delivery was quoted for 7-10 days but it arrived in 2 days! Happy customer

I have never had a parasol before and missed the boat last year as everyone had the same idea with last summer's heatwave. I thought that this looked the best value for the best quality having read loads of reviews. And I have not been disappointed. The colour shown is supposed to be light grey as the slate grey was no longer available, so I was somewhat surprised that it was the darker grey, but as this was what I wanted originally I was delighted! And contrary to some of the reviews which talked about fading, there is no evidence of fading date and I have had it for over 2 months. Love it!

As a construction the parasol is OK but unfortunately fabric faded in a few weeks and we even do not get that much sun in our garden. Additionally it was pre-sprayed £10 worth of fabric protector for UV lights on the first day. The attached photo is after 4 months, so basically one summer and you need a new one if you hate the faded colour - initially dark green.

At first this looked like a sturdy, good quality umbrella but I'm afraid this is not the case. I bought 2 of these. Poor quality. The material has lost its colour and has split at the ends of the spikes. Really, really disappointed.

This parasol is perfect for the garden. Lovely colour and is a great size. Love the wind up handle and tilt option. We bought a cover for the parasol separate so I'm not concerned about the reviews saying the colour fades as we will take good care of it and cover it during bad weather. The price is alot better too than some of the bigger chains selling similar items. Came faster than expected too.
