i was really pleased when I received this item, it was well packaged and it came with a soft headband and a spot popping tool kit which I didn’t expect! This made it even better value for money! Very easy to use, all you have to do is undo the lid and pour a cup of water (using the measuring cup provided) and that is effort to steam for around 10 minutes! It is angled so you can just sit at your desk and the steam hits you without having to sit uncomfortably. Definitely worth the money!

Purchased the steamer to get 'home session' facial. Arrived nicely boxed - I was surprised how small the box was, but that is actually positive as it makes it easier to store. When you see it on photos you don't realize that it is only some 28cm high overall (17cm base and 11cm steam nozzle).Worked well as per instructions, steam started within a minute or so and lasted 10 mins as stated (I timed it). I used tap filtered water (pure or high quality mineral water is recommended).Steam produced was strong enough and the nozzle shape helps with directing it to your face; the smell was not too plastic even with 1st time use. I kept my face at about 20-25cm away but it really depends on your own comfort how close or far you wish to be. Obviously with eyes closed you tend to 'lean in' after a few moments so keep aware of a steam power.Overall very happy with product and tend to use once or twice a week. Would recommend to buy; there is a reason it has very good reviews here on Amazon and even on few other websites.

Perfect product, the amount of steam is really good enough. I bought it not just for facial but for Sinus Treatment. And it really works well.

Have only used it twice. It had this plastic scent, hopefully it will go away in couple of uses.The steaming only lasted for 4-5 minutes in both of the time I used it. Didn’t find it helpful as my husband’s pores were so clogged. Had to fill it up twice to get the result.The head and the body comes separate and you have to put measured water in the hole of the body and then twist the head on. It can get very hot so have to careful when taking the head off after using it.Not sure, if going to keep it or not. Have to use one more time on myself.

Having used this only about 4 times it has already started to smell like burning rubber. There is a big ON button and I am super careful to switch it off before all the steam has evaporated, but surely this should have an Auto Switch Off? Nowhere near as good as a Ionic steamer I had previously from elsewhere (but none were left at the time). Can't send this one back, was too busy to use it much and then I was too late in discovering it isn't that good!

I previously had a steamer and it didnt work that well. Decided to buy this because the reviews are great and I can see why. It works like a charm and I love the snout and the amount of steam that blows out. Definitely worth the money. One thing u cant do though is add any essential oils as it will mess up the machine as its instructed but you can add a drop or twi just where the steam is blowing out to vaporize the oil.

I am struggling with hormonal acne and after seeing someone on Instagram with one of these I was desperate. I have had it for around two weeks and this was probably the fifth time using it. I loved it and how it made my skin feel. However yesterday when using it while watching something I suddenly heard a massive bang and a light flash and boom it was dead. It was so scary as I wasn’t expecting it also it was very close to my face. I think steamers are great for the skin but I did not have a good reaction to this one. Please be wary!

Hi my product arrived damaged. The plastic closing part is damaged and the top metal isnt too a good finish. I generally like the look of the product and it is easy to use
