It worked
We took a chance on this pan without any reviews and I'm not disappointed. It was bought as a fun gift for a friend and we used it last weekend. The Aebleskivers tasted great. The pan is sturdy. The one negative thing is that it is a small pan and doesn't make too many at a time. So if you're feeding a large group like we were, it takes quite a while to feed everyone.

Clean right away
Albeit my first time using this pan was a laughable disaster. Maybe instead of four nifty colored handle covers you could sub one of them for those wooden aebleskiver tools. Which is much needed. My disaster is not a reflection of the pan, chalk it up to inexperience. I will try again until I get it right! I decided to soak my pan to help get it clean, left rust rings in my sink. I wouldn't suggest leaving it sit.

So much fun to use!
I had seen these being used on several cooking shows and decided to buy one. Have family who love waffles, etc. Wanted to do something different. What fun we had. Took a batch to get the hang of it, but easy to use once you get the ratios right. Very sturdy, high quality pan and the addition of the silicone handles are a bonus. So glad I purchased.

Easy to Use Stuffed Pancake Pan
This is a nice little pan for the new stuffed pancake recipes I found....yummy! They didn’t stick and browned evenly.

Didn't work with my GE Profile induction range
Product looked great, but oddly enough didn't work with my GE Profile induction range. I use cast iron all of the time so I'm not sure why. My best guess is the discontinuous bottom.

Not what I was looking for
Unfortunately the cups are too small for what I wanted to use it for so it’s just sitting in my pot cupboard. Maybe someday

What's the point?
I suppose I should have read the description better, but I would expect an item like this to include instructions for care and a recipe or two. I may try using it tomorrow. I ordered it because I wanted the handle guards and the set came up so I figured, "Why not?" Well, now I know.
