Works very well - home user. A 3rd bucket for clean water for rinsing before loading cleaning cloth/mop with soapy water would be good. Then I wouldn't have to dip into soapy water with dirty cloth/mop. Add a pour spout to the dirty water bucket which I purchased elsewhere. I use this to clean about 2200 sq feet of hardwood and tile flooring in my home. Great not to have hand wring out floor cleaning towels that I use under a deck cleaning brush - works much better than a mop head - personally I had string mops. My arthritis is manageable with this. Glad to delay hiring help just yet. I may buy a lightweight spin cleaning machine for intervals between heavy duty house cleaning. I highly recommend this bucket, for home owners and janitorial work.

Had this for a year and still kicking in no breakage of any kind. It seems built to last. The color did fade some but thats because its plastic and i put it outside to dry. Sun bleach. These are much better than the cheap buckets you get with the cheap mops at the store. They actually ring out the mop. It is not space saving so if you are limited on space then get something else. For everyone else you will never need another bucket again. I saw reviews on here with people complaining about the dirty water is not separated from the clean water. I just want to say i never seen a mop bucket let alone one of this kind that has ever done that. You got to change it regularly while mopping thats how mopping works. Its expensive but well worth the price at 100.00 at time of purchase. This thing will probably out live me and im 32. I do recommend buying a mop where you can change the heads will cut down on cleaning your floors with dirty mops.

Needed something heavier duty than our old flimsy mop bucket for cleaning up spills in the garage where we bottle our ranch dressing, floor gets sticky fast and the old bucket kept tipping when we wheeled it around. Cleaning performance is where this thing earns the WaveBrake name, the side-press wringer squeezes out way more water than the old top-down kind I'm used to, mop head comes out almost dry instead of just damp. Weight is noticeably more substantial too, empty it's still got some heft to it which sounds like a downside but it's actually what keeps it from tipping over when you're pushing it across a floor with any kind of slope or lip. Assembly took about ten minutes with just a few bolts for the wringer mechanism and the caster wheels, no tools included so I had to dig out my own screwdriver. Size and fit are solid for our space, the 26 quart capacity means I'm not running back and forth to dump and refill every few minutes during a real cleanup, and it still fits fine under our utility sink for storage. Only complaint is the caster wheels are a little loud on our concrete floor, kind of a rattly sound when you roll it empty. Sturdier and more effective then anything we've had before for cleanup around the shop. It's appearance is as expected. Its a safety yellow mop bucket.

One of the best, if not THEE best purchase I ever made on Amazon!! I purchased this item together with the UNISAN UNS 603 mop handle and the Rubbermaid mop head (FG23800BL00). I was a janitor for four years so using those cheap, lightweight mops just wasnt getting things done. I used to use metal buckets and press-down equipment so I was hesitant to purchase a 'plastic mop bucket'. Boy was I wrong. This bucket is made of 1/2 thick harden plastic. As you get closer to the mop press it thickens even more to allow for the extra weight and pressing function,.so its extremely well made. As to the wheels, these are not hard wheels. They are soft 'plastic' absorbing wheels. So when you roll the bucket from one surface to another it can clear and overcome a 1/4" to 1/2" lip without a problem. It wont get stuck or crack the edge during floor transition surfaces. The mop press is sturdy. That is where I am still hesitant to put in my full body weight on it. Once this plastic cracks on these type of items its over. So when I use the mop pressed I do not place allot pressure, but enough to do the job. I just take the mop, re-position it and press again so its not such a big deal. This way I was careful and not reckless. Finally the ease of use. When I roll this puppy down my harden floors, if I stop or should for some reason hit something, the water does not splash. That wave function does its job as advertised!. It can hold easily about 4-6+ gallons of water. When you empty the buck, the residual dirt and 'trash' rolls right out (none stick or slick surface allows for this). Also you can't see it on the pictures, but where the back of the bucket is you can tilt it to throw the dirty water out. Their is a lip where you can cup your hand under so you can tilt it right into the sink or disposal area. Look, you can mess around with these cheap squeeze light mops and end up paying more than purchasing this one time item. With that press you never have to touch dirty water again. Oh did I mention the mop head is washable? I store the unit in the garage and bring it inside for big jobs. Those quick spills or small leaks is when I use the grocery type mop. So if your house is solid flooring like mine, this is a time saver, back saver, and overall EXCELLENT item. And NO I don't work for Rubbermaid, I just know a good item when I see and use it.
