MINI-BLIND REPAIR TOOL ACTUALLY works!
This gadget worked beautifully on my silver miniblinds to repair the curve and creases resulting from damage caused by a child shoving a wooden chair into the blind. IT BOTH STRAIGHED A CREASE OR TWO AND SMOOTHED THE BLIND SURF. IT IS NOW BARELY VISABLE! P.S. It takes patience.

Most honest review (I believe)
I have to admit when I first got this and tried it, it seemed like it totally didn't work. I even had a hard time getting it into the device. I tried to instantly crimp the portion of the blind that was damaged and it didn't change it. It still looked damaged and bent. I was beginning to think 'what a waste of money.' I went away for a few minutes about to call Home Depot to see if they simply had new blinds in stock. Then I stopped myself and thought I'd better give it at least one last try. This time I held the damaged part in the device at a curve and held it for about 30-40 seconds. When I released it it had made it significantly better this time. Then I did kind of the same thing in three little areas on the same damaged part again to try and clean it up a bit more. I would say that made it better by another 20%. I think the key here is you have to hold the damaged part curved in the device for at least 40 seconds, maybe even pushing your thumb along it, and then kind of focus more on the nuanced parts of the same damage portion to try and clean it up after the first attempt. I would say if you are a patient person and are willing to treat the process as a kind of microscopic surgery to an extent as opposed to a job you can complete instantly then I think you'll appreciate this device. If the blinds are still hanging it's basically a situation of pulling up a chair for a good half hour and getting to work like a craftsman on them. Maybe you can speed up the process as you get good at it but just prepare yourself to treat it as if you were about to carve a small wood sculpture. It is rewarding though once you see them sort of come back to life. To add, this really works best on blinds that have been bent simply at a 90 degree angle rather than those that are actually mangled and bumpy. Like I said with the bumps it really takes a bit of work and nuanced focus to get those looking decent again.

Worse than ineffective
Don't waste your money. This product did not work to straighten a bent vane on a window blind in our basement. If anything, it only made it worse. As another reviewer has stated, if you squeeze too hard, it will create small wavy bends on the edges of the blind, which it then is totally ineffective to remove. You end up squeezing too hard because you repeatedly try to get it to remove the original dents without success. This tool MAY work somewhat better if the vane is only bent upward or downward without twists or dents. But if its twisted or dented, forget it. You are better off reshaping the blind as best you can with just your fingertips, or better yet, using a 3/4 inch dowel or pvc pipe to create a form beneath the vane and pressing the blind down against it, working your fingers down the length to reshape it. This method also does not cause further distortion. We are returning the product for refund.

I hoped for more...
Really only useful for bends in blinds that could probably be resolved using your hands anyways. I really hoped that this could helped with creases but that is not the case. It will fix very slight bends that you could probably bend back with your hands albeit it performs with consistency. If you are purchasing this to avoid buying blinds in preparation for a rental inspection you are probably just better off using the money at a box store to buy a cheap set of blinds.

These are the common mass marketed mini-blinds (you know the mfg) and it worked like a champ
Preparing home for sale and a number of mini blinds were damaged by 27 years of cat paws. Any bent or deformed blind will either need to be replaced or we were looking at thousands of $ of loss resale value. Bought the Miniblindrx because for the price I had nothing to lose. What a magic fix. Most of the bends are right at the string areas and this ingenious tool has a split in the tool that accommodates the tool and it's fix. These are the common mass marketed mini-blinds (you know the mfg) and it worked like a champ! I'm not a great review writer, but I'm sold on this tool and any prospective Real Estate Broker needs to recommend one to their clients.

REMEDY FOR BENT, DISTORTED OR DAMAGE BLIND SLATS
sadly after cleaning my near 15 venetian blinds several got slats damaged while the blinds were hanging to drop - they were bent vertically ie bent down from horizontal flat and straight position - they looked so bad that i planned to replace several of the most damaged ones - shortly after the clean i received this repair tool - it fixed all bends to look satisfactory and not need replacing - all here put back to near perfect horizontal and flat position - there were some where the semi circle bend of the slats were not perfectly as they were originally but considering the significant damage through their not being hung to dry properly the look pretty good - there is an option to remove bends but also to restore the slight semi circle reasonably - i certainly recommend this reasonable priced tool to everyone who has venetian blinds as over time it is inevitable that they may be become damaged

Miniblindrx - time to get new miniblinds
Very disappointed in the MiniBlindrx. I had about 10 slats that were bent and could not get one of them to straighten out the way the video demonstrates. I double checked the video to make sure I did everything the right way but could not get the slats to lie straight. I found the tool a bit awkward to use on the slats as well.

Just what the doctor ordered...
Is it perfect no, did it work? Absolutely! Happily surprised to buy a gadget that actually did what it was advertised to do. Easy to use, tiny learning curve but even a monkey can do it. Drop the slat with the curve down into the slot and squeeze. Even went between the strings. I'm going to go out on a limb and say something that should be pretty obvious to those that buy this and are expecting miracles. Don't...it depends on how bad the damage is and wether or not the slats are broken. But the other side of the coin is that mine were pretty bent up from my cats and this little gadget reconditioned them back to a straight presentable and usable form. We saved ourselves a good bit of money by just straightening them out and for $10 it was very well worth every penny! You'll be surprised too. Buy it.

Works wonders - a must have for anyone
Buy this! If you have pets or children, this little gem works wonders. It wonโt make the blinds look brand new but it does make the bent parts undetectable. So much easier and faster than installing new blinds.

Good results
Yes, it mostly works. I say mostly because it depends on the damage done to the blinds. Yes, I would recommend buying the MiniBlindRx.
