I guess it's the only choice you have so...

The kit comes with ball mounts that are smaller than the ball mount you get with your camera so forget about interoperability. You're stuck using one or the other.The plastic mounts are curved slightly and inflexible which means you need to find a place on your helmet with the same curve. That lead to an awkward mounting angle for me.

Too "curved" for my helmets. Not enought surface area ...

Too "curved" for my helmets. Not enought surface area on th mount for tape to adhere because it is slotted. No other choice though. This is the only mount for the camera as far as I know.

Great product!

Awesome product! Exactly what was described. I am using both mounts on my dual sport helmet and love it. 3M tape holds very well. Just be sure the surface is clean and press hard and hold for about 30 seconds. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Accessory

Glued velcro on back to attach to jump helmet - holds great and easy to position once attached.Short of hitting the ground head first on a free fall it should hold well. GRIN
