Super good. Im not sure if the price for this is worth it but it definitely does taste pretty unique. It's really sweet but kind of sour and tangy. Im a big fan but I don't know if I'd buy it again.

Fantastic!
Tried ruby chocolate in Belgium and was so happy to find it on Amazon!! Great condition, great smooth texture! If I had to describe it, it's like white razbery chocolate, except the color and taste are naturally there from the ruby chocolate cacao beans (which are not very common)! Truly unique and a great present!

I love it!
Good quality, good taste. I’ve now bought my second box from them and both times it comes in good condition and the chocolate is up to par in my book. Ruby chocolate is definitely a delight for me… has a little fruity flavor but not like what you’d expect from a fruit candy. It’s what you’d expect if milk chocolate had a little hint of tangy flavor to it. It’s hard to describe but I definitely recommend it.

Sort of a yogurt-like sourness to it
I only recently read about ruby chocolate and was eager to try some for myself. It does have a different flavor to it - I would ascribe a yogurt-like sourness to the flavor, with very mildly fruity overtones. It tastes more of white chocolate than milk. I don't think I really like the flavor myself, but it was an interesting try. These bars didn't disappear from the cabinet with the rapidity typical of my household.Something that gives me pause is that this chocolate bar contains citric acid. My understanding was that ruby chocolate received its unusual flavor from the particular kind of cocoa bean used to make it. I'm not sure if the citric acid plays a role in making this more sour than it would naturally be.So it has a light recommendation. I'm going to see if I can find a brand that doesn't include citric acid and see if that ingredient changes the flavor or exists only as a preservative.

I managed to eat the entire 12 bars in less than a week. I really love the unique flavor of ruby chocolate, it's pretty addictive. I would order these again but I don't think I can stop myself from binging on them.

Chocolate was destroyed
The chocolate clearly melted at some point. It was so bad it was inedible. The cocoa fats separated from the rest of the chocolate and made a really bland layer with horrible texture. Waste of money.
