This stuff is amazing! I have a high tolerance for preworkouts and have a hard time finding one that is affordable, tastes great, and gives me the energy to push through early morning workouts. This one checks all the boxes. I use 2 scoops about 15 min prior to working out and I can feel when it starts kicking in. I also love that it doesn’t give me any crashes when it wears off. Will definitely purchase again.

This stuff is great, it really maximizes how you workout, and it gives you that extra kick you need. THIS STUFF ACTUALLY WORKS! But more importantly, the reason why I'm writing this review is because of the following, READ THE RECOMMENDATION. I don't care how big you are, our body will have a negative affect if our take 2 scoops for your first time using it. I'm 6'3" 235 Ibs and I thought to myself "well I generally take more than I'm supposed so this'll be fine" and 40 minutes into my workout I yakked up my lunch I had 2 hours ago. TAKE THE RECOMMENDATION. Your body will not be used to it at first. So please just go with one scoop your first time, trust me.

The product, at first, was extremely potent. I have an extremely high natural caffeine tolerance (Not joking, red-line energy drinks barely affect me), and quickly develop tolerances to herbals and other non-extreme, non-chemical, and non-harmful stimulants, so this review MUST BE TAKEN IN LIGHT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED FACT. I like this product because it is CLEAN. My body is not left with detrimental substances in it after using this product, and one or two scoops later (not three... or four... or five...) I can feel a moderate energy boost characterized by increased endurance as opposed to hyper-stimulated biological desperation mechanisms, such as those induced by chemical-based stimulants like NOExplode (which gives me such a terrible headache...). I DID buy this for weightlifting (its designated purpose), and it DOES provide a noticeable energy boost. Caffeine, as it were, is an empty energy, but the herbals in this product are a relatively good moderator and provide a subsistent increase in strength. This product is, literally, caffeine and herbals. That's why I bought it and I am NOT disappointed. All in all (to use a druidic axiom) it is, indeed, a great product for a few simple reasons; It is Clean (no headache, no poisonous effect), it Does work (a moderate, 7/10 energy. And do you really WANT to feel like you just ate Meth? If so, then you might at well just go ahead and...), and it tastes GREAT (I just eat the powder straight. It doesn't stir well well in water; You have to shake it in a bottle. But the powder is quite edible; It's like Kool-Aid without the bitterness). It's a great product. If you're looking for something super methy, look elsewhere. If you're looking for something you can use Sustainably and Consistently, here you are. I might not recommend using it every day, but if you use it consistently you're not looking at long-term health effects unless you eat a LOT of it EVERY day for Months. But that's caffeine for you.

I got it 4/8/14, used it on 4/9/14. The scoop i was surprised was so small! No bigger than my thumb nail, no joke. I used it like it said to, 15-30 mins before work out. And WOW does it work great. I really did not want to stop my work out but had to to avoid injurying myself. WORKS GREAT! Up date - 04/14/14 Like I said before and others to, this stuff does hit hard. I got the bluebery lemonade flaovr, probably won't again. Not that great. This really does boost your energery levels and makes you work out pretty hard.

Doesn't mix well

I really like this pre-workout. For the price you can't get a better deal at GMC or any place else and I can also vouch that this is an approved supplement according to NCAA and US Army standards. I have taken multiple drug tests as I am a part of the military and never failed a test yet. This is a worry free product you can use before PT or before heading to the gym to lift and it doesn't leave me jittery or burnt out after use either. I do recommend that you use this no more than two weeks straight at a time as you can build up a caffeine tolerance to it and it becomes less effective. The taste is pleasant and sometimes I even mix it with the BPI creatine supplement before going to the gym and it too is also a great product for less money. 10/10 would buy again for myself or a battle buddy

I rarely feel strongly enough about products to write a review on them - however, this is one of those special cases. I have been lifting for nearly two full years, 5 days a week if my schedule allows. I am one of those people that even if I like a certain protein or pre-workout brand/flavor, I will try something new the next tub I buy just for the variety. With that said, I have tried at a minimum 10 different pre-workouts in my 2 years. Do not buy this pre-workout. The Fruit Punch tasted like cough syrup. FRUIT PUNCH. How do you mess up fruit punch?! Energy was MINIMAL. I have a tolerance, as anyone would after two years, but 2 scoops of any PW gets me juiced in the gym and this product burns out within 30 minutes. I pride myself on my steel stomach, but this product was something strange. It didn't make me queasy, it was more of a noxious, light headed feeling - difficult to describe, and difficult to lift while experiencing it.

This product has a handful of ingredients. You can definitely feel the focus and energy, but it isn't over-bearing. It allows for more work in the gym and a greater sense of well-being outside. This is a solid product and deserves another purchase in the future for me. You can't beat the $20 price on here either. Another plus: most of the ingredients are natural herbs and stimulants.

Thia thing came openee, not sealed and powder all over the delivery bag. Tried to retuen but it says no return policiy...very bad never again

Worst pre ever. Tastes like ****. Also, the prpduct was open and leaking when it reached me and Amazon won't return it.
