I bought these chewable vitamins and although large and a little chalky I love these, the taste a not as bad as some say, at least not for me, I know these are working too , when my urine stays yellow almost all day long, you know the vitamins are in your system, I was taking gummy vitamins and they are a joke ! If it taste great it's FAKE . I hope they keep these just as they are, they could change the flavor or make another flavor to choose from but the health and quality of it is more important then worrying about the taste and it only takes a few seconds to get it down, I have energy on these and I love the ingredince.

I have tried many vitamins over the years. This is the only one that I have been able to take consistently without eating meals, and it never repeats on me. Other vitamins I take with food, and I taste them all day. The flavor takes a little getting used to, but I find it pleasant. A little bit like the old Flintstone vitamins. I also like the very high level of B vitamins which are water-soluble. I always feel like I get a little burst of energy when I take them. You might want to check the fine print and make sure that some of the whole food complex doesn't contain ingredients that you might be allergic to. I have a handful of allergies and have been able to take this pretty consistently. Occasionally I take a few days off if I notice that my body is reacting to the vitamins.

I gravitate towards chewable meds as I don’t like to swallow large pills, therefore I have grown accustomed to horrid tastes. As some others reported, these things are nasty tasting. The humongous size does not help. I have made some life changes that have improved my overall health and energy levels, and I really feel these vitamins and minerals have played a role. I plan on continuing taking them.

My husband and I have taken these chewable vitamins for years. We find them very effective. They are tasty and ‘go down’ easily. We notice a definite boost in energy. I’ve never been able to take vitamin tablets because compressed tablets make me nauseous. Highly recommend this product

I’ve been taking these is the early 2000s. I cannot give a better review, so I won’t even try. My cardiologist read the label and remarked, “Well, these will either help you, or you’ll have expensive urine.” He was right, the efficacy can’t be denied.

I was looking for a chewable vitamin for adults that was as palatable as a flintstone vitamin because I tend to get tired of taking pills every night and often stop my supplement programs all together, unfortunately this doesn’t come close. The tablet is pretty thick, and the moment you chew your whole mouth is filled with a cinnamon flavored chalk that is incredibly hard to keep down, at least for me. It would be much easier and a lot more tolerable to just take a vitamin pill, rather than this. I got the 2 pack, hoping for the best, and unfortunately I’m unable to return the product so I had to just throw it away after using only one tablet.

It tasted OK but they're so big and hard to chew it took me at least 10 minutes and I didn't like it but Amazon won't let you return and get your money back
