Nearly perfect headset for high-quality professional use.
I tried four different headsets before this one. This is the only one that has worked reliably for making clear, nearly perfect phone calls from my iPhone XR. I use it to call new prospects in our business. Perfect call quality is essential for this sort of call because I don’t want there to be any difficulty for the other party to hear me or my tone of voice. I have to make a stellar first impression by phone within seconds. So the quality of the headset is extremely important to me. I was willing to spend as much as it would take to get a high quality headset. Thankfully, though, this one is excellent with a great price. This one is comfortable to wear. I like that the boom is flexible and can be positioned wherever I like. The foam covers for the microphone will slip off if I toss the headset in my bag with my files and such. So I have a case for it—a little zipper bag that’s just the right size for it. Perhaps a hard case would be better, but I don’t want to add bulk to my everyday carry. I was so pleased that I am outfitting our team with the same headset. (I haven’t tested it on any device other than my iPhone XR. I know that Bluetooth can be finicky. But I haven’t had any pairing, connection, or quality issues with my device.)

Great headset from a big time user
This headset is as good as my parrot headset and is lighter. I ran it for more than 22 hours solid on 2 days where there was non ending chatter. Battery life is very good. I had all of those hours to experience the sound quality and found it quite good with plenty of volume. I did ask those on the support call if they could tell me how well they could hear me, and they reported it was loud and clear. I asked if anybody could hear my keyboard as I type and it was reported as being only barely noticeable. THAT was a great test of noise cancellation because others on the call were immediately asked to go on mute because keyboards are very loud. I never had to go on mute. It is easy to join the Bluetooth and fast to reconnect at power on. I have used Blue Parrot BT 250 and 450 headsets for years and this headset is as good or better in every way. As long as this brand of headset is in business I will buy it. The best thing I want to report is the support by the vendor/ manufacturer. I had an issue with a bad unit and I have never had better support and communication from anybody since the beginning of my time here on earth. I am for real. This headset is for real.

Skype didn’t work on my computer, but great for cell phone
For cell phone calls, this is very good. My sister hates almost all Bluetooth devices except for a couple exclusively known to work well for background noise - like professional grade Jabras for work. I’ve only found a few that she is ok with - and this is one of them. No echo not tunnel sound. Background is successfully eliminated. From caller side, it works fine too. It has quite a bit of range too but the call quality diminishes faster than my $250 Jabra set. But I’m quite impressed for the price. However, I wanted this for Skype on a computer. I was able to get audio only once when I disabled audio enhancement in the headphone driver settings. It took me 30 minutes to find anything to make this work and as soon as that call ended, I was unable to hear again. Customer support emailed me promptly but I could not get these to work with Skype still. It is my work provided computer, so it could easily be something related to the computer. The customer service response was great, so I updated my score to 4 stars. For a cellphone Bluetooth device, the audio quality is impressive. For my needs on PC with Skype , I couldn't test.

Truckers opinion: A great little headset with minor caveats.
This is a great little headset. I'm an over-the-road truck driver so I know my headsets. My expensive Plantronics headset stopped charging so I purchased this Conambo ($35 at the time of my purchase) hoping it would be adequate until I'd built up enough truckstop points to purchase a blue parrot or something. Well this headset is actually so good that I'm considering just staying with it permanently. The mic pickup is a little weaker than my previous Blueparrots or Plantronics according to the people who I talk to regularly but... they all said that it was more than adequate. Just a slight reduction in my overall speaking volume on their end. Pros: *battery life lasts me through a 14+ hour day. every day. (I've had it for about 2 months now and I charge it overnight) *the speaker Volume in your ear is definitely loud enough to counteract truck background noise or a noisy office environment. *It's not bulky or unwieldy. (The Plantronics headset that this replaced was truly great while it worked but it was also a heavy, large monstrosity on your head) *Fantastic price for the performance. Cons: - the speaker volume in your ear is adjusted by pushing and holding the volume button to the desired level or it until it beeps at maximum. For calls, this must be done while ON THE CALL. Meaning, once you hit dial and it's ringing through. This has to be done once after each charging session as Charging seems to return the volume to mid-level again. This isn't a huge deal at all. Especially once you're used to it but it took me a second to figure out. Prior to that I thought the overall volume wasn't going to be loud enough. -the over-the-head metal band isn't padded and the 'pad' that sits over your ear on the non-speaker side is a harder plastic. Probably not a huge issue for those with hair but I'm bald and it presses into my skin becoming uncomfortable over long periods of time. I added a stick-on pad of self adhesive weather stripping from home depot myself. Much better. - the buttons aren't as intuitive or quick click as some of the sets costing 5 times as much. For example, the click to mute or switch to music features work.. but they're not as smooth as the soft touch buttons on other sets. Overall: A great little headset. I recommend it.

Nice
So far this is a great alternative to the blue tooth that cost just over $100. The sound is clear, clean and the head set is light. The one thing that I don't like about the headset and that's why I only gave it a 4 star is the bracket at the end of the headset that connects to my head. It actually hurts my head and I have to wear a beanie or a hat to keep it from making my head sore. The other thing is that when I'm talking to someone and another person calls, it actually makes a loud dial tone sound that interrupts my conversation so much that it's annoying. Also it doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as I was expecting but for the price it's worth it.

Perfect device, equal to BlueParrot BT250-XT, but incompatible with Android 15.
Identical to Blue Parrot BT250-XT, but now incompatible with Android 15 without a Fix or Support. I used this device for one year and it worked flawlessly. My phone updated to Android 15 and it will no longer initiate a call without the phone being unlocked first. I drive an 18 wheeler and cannot touch the phone while driving, so I must find a device with a newer version of Bluetooth. **** Buy this as a perfect Bluetooth V5.0 device, but beware the new Android 15 incompatibility issue. I did research extensively, but Google Android troubleshooting and the hundreds of people offering wisdom did not provide a fix. Good Luck.

Changed Review - Would NOT recommend this Seller.
This device was supposed to connect to two devices and it does not, which I could live with. However, I had it connected to my iPhone on a trip and there was another person in the car who was working or sleeping while I drove. I have had other headsets in the same price range that would allow me to listen to YouTube (videos/music), while navigation was running in the background and Siri would continue to give me directions. This device does not do that. It completely disconnects RANDOMLY! I attempted to just have it run navigation only to give me audio directions, and again, it would randomly disconnect. I could have handled it once or twice, but in the middle of city traffic where I needed directions and was depending on navigation, there were multiple times where it was almost thrown out of the window after almost getting killed. If you just want a basic headset to connect to your iPad, laptop, or phone at home and are not switching between devices, this should work. The sound quality is decent, it’s comfortable for considerable lengths of time, the battery life is decent. I work from home. I have not had any complaints from anyone trying to hear me, so the sound is clear on the receiving end. If you want to switch between devices, it is a pain. It takes about three pushes of the top button to get it into pair mode, while your device is in pair mode, then two out of three times, it says it is out of range, so you have to do it again! I’m not joking. It just drops the headset from your device way too often compared to other headsets I have used that are similar. It is outside of my return date to return it or I would. I have to have a headset i can depend on, so the search is on for a replacement. I have used the mono headsets for years so my phone can give me directions when I’m in the car and my passenger doesn’t have to hear them. It just makes for a more comfortable driving experience. I felt like this headset almost got me killed. My passenger was not one who was good with directions at all, so I had no assistance, and didn’t want the radio on, or I would have run the nav through my car speakers, which I did on the way home. Bottom line, by the time I got home, I HATED this headset! I am trying to explain the positives, but I was depending on it, and it failed miserably! It depends on what you need it for, so it is 50/50. At home, it would be fine, but if you are out and on the go, do not buy it! NOTE: Seller attempted to offer a $40 gift card in exchange for a 5* review. When I refused to give it above a 4*, they became very persistent and agitated. I then changed my review from a 2* to a 1* for the aggressive nature of the Seller. I would not buy from them again.

Won't keep bluetooth connection while charging, otherwise 5 stars
ORGINAL REVIEW, SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE: Given the price, I'm going to keep it with a respectable three stars because it does work. My only and biggest complaint is that it won't keep it's bluetooth connection while charging, and requires the power button to be re-engaged (about a 6 second process) to make the bluetooth connection (doesn't require re-pairing though). This means that you can't grab the headset off a power supply and start using it before you receive a call. I guess if you are using it for work on a daily basis, or talk on the phone a lot, you would have it charged at the beginning of the day, and turn it on so it would pair before receiving your first phone call. Since I almost never talk on the phone, but when I do it could last for hours, I seldom know when that call will come in, and I don't have time to monkey around with re-establishing the bluetooth connection after disconnecting the power. I'm not sure if you can hot swap from the phone to the headset after re-engaging the bluetooth connection after a call was started. I would assume it would work, but by that time I'm not even thinking about the headset. I won't rate battery life because I have not yet had the chance to use it in real time because of the aforementioned issues. UPDATE: After having used the headset for several days I'm moving it from 3 stars up to five stars as it does work pretty well, and has a good battery life, and at $30 is a good buy. I've gotten use to just turning it on after it charges so I can use it without having to wait for it to pair when a call comes in. And it will allow you to "hot swap" if you need to answer a call before it's paired (which it won't do while plugged on power). If it was more expensive I would still drop a star for the power/pairing issue, but at the price it's definitely 5 stars. So much so that I'm buying an additional unit to keep in my backpack for when I'm traveling. I'm even forgiving a missing part (the fuzzy mic piece) from the first order. It seems to work fine without it. UPDATE: I got a request from the seller to write another review on the 2nd purchase, which I can't really change from the above review. My wife saw me walking around the house with this thing on my head, and asked me to buy her one. Some minor faults, but based on the great price I'm still giving it 5 stars. It also allows you to turn in on while in a call and hot swap it from your phone to blue-tooth. The second one came with two "fuzzy mic" pieces so I'm even on that complaint.
