Works as expected.
It does what it's supposed to do but other brands do it better... though not as cheap. I needed an engine to paint in a holiday theme and this worked great for thet. First unit was defective but the exchange was quick and easy.

Very nice model. Incredibly bright LED lamps. Good detail. Shade of paint is a little off-compared to the prototype, but close enough for a small, intermediate layout. Runs smoothly and quietly. This locomotive was on sale when I bought it, for an unbeatable price.

Train engine front wheel caught on the rail and snapped the rail off the roadbed

i changed the color and railroad on this engine. because if I bought the correct railroad the price would have been much higher.
