Didn't work for me
Guess an MD will have to get the wax out - this didn't do anything but give me a neck ache (from holding my head sideways).

Works!
For the past couple days, I've had impaired hearing due to wax build up in my ear. I was guilty of using a q tip and it pushed wax back in my ear and made it hard to hear. I was desperate and bought this product, followed the directions and it worked! Don't use more than the 5-10 drops and wait about 5 minutes. When using the bulb, use room temp water. And squeeze it hard to flush your ear out. Follow the directions and it will work!
