I am diabetic and I cannot have salt nor sugar. I am having a hard time finding seasonings  that fit my needs.

A: Chef Paul Prudhomme's Salt Free Magic Seasonings is not especially hot/spicy.  It is flavorful and medium/spicy with the emphasis on flavor.  A great substitute for shaking on salt trying to enhance the flavor of whatever you are cooking or eating.

A: I see no mention of soy on pkg. It's a delicious salt free seasoning. I frequently cook with it.
