I purchased these chairs for they matched the chairs that we had that over time started to fail and needed to be replaced.These are high quality chairs. I have to say they were not easy to put together I had a tough time connecting the back to the seat. Once i assembled them they looked great.

They were what I paid for them

looks and feels good. Just putting the back on you almost need 2 people. One to bend and hold the back in place and one to put the screw in. The holes don't line up exactly so you kinda gotta use your muscles on the first step. After that tho, it's easy.

Absolutely the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Let me emphasize this—this product is a complete disaster. The images are incredibly misleading; the actual item looks nothing like what’s advertised. The parts are so poorly manufactured that they don’t align at all, turning what should be a simple assembly into a nightmare that will consume hours of your time and test your sanity. You might even start doubting your ability to put together a basic chair, but trust me, it’s not you—it’s the product. The misaligned parts make it virtually impossible to assemble these chairs properly. If you have $200 to spare, you’d be better off throwing it into your fireplace—at least that would save you the frustration of dealing with this horribly made product. Avoid at all costs!

I do not recommend.It’s only been about a year…. And they are breaking. We are average sided humans… they started to kinda fall apart after a few months. The bar between the legs kept coming out. Well we have our first official broken chair from the set. I will not be purchasing again. I’ll spend the extra money for better quality.First I will give the heads up that these are a huge PITA to put together. I’ve done my fair share of assembling furniture and these chairs were hands down the most frustrating things to put together. The back of the chair is the hardest part of the assembly process. I said quite a few colorful words, broke a sweat and had to walk away a few times so I didn’t slam the things to the ground. After about 2 hours I put together 6 of these things.Second complaint: the little black caps to cover the screw holes keep popping off. It’s kind of embarrassing when you have company over and the cheap plastic cap comes off lol. My cat seems to enjoy when they fly off because she has an instant play toy…They look pretty nice and I can’t complain too much because I searched for simple, traditional black chairs and these were within my budget. You do get what you pay for. That being said I think they are priced right. I’d probably buy another set if I had to because they are pretty nice looking. There are some areas where the black paint kinda rubbed off. So I’ll have to take a sharpie or a little dab of black paint and touch them up.

Not too bad to assemble, but 2 people definitely required.

Quality of product is rough, very cheap. Had to have my original order replaced because of damage. Only to have to deal with the second order. The instructions are typical backwards incorrect and confusing. They wobble becuse the legs are not the same length. The back of the chair os not comfortable it makes you sit up to straight not relaxed. The finish is rough. Maybe $30 for the pair would be closer to a fair price.

They aren't that to assemble, the wrench that comes with it wears down fairly fast. Had a better one in my toolbox to finish tightening.

The chairs look nice when they're all assembled but I had difficulty assembling. . I was able to find a video on YouTube that assembles the exact chair. Also the chairs need a good cushion as they are not comfortable without.

They look beautiful and are solid chairs. However, putting these chairs together was challenging as the wood has to bend to fit in order to line up the holes. 3/4 chairs, with very cautious and careful manoeuvring came together well; the last one however a spindle snapped it what appears to be a weak place in the wood. Contacted the seller, hopefully they will replace it!Update: The seller was amazing and sent a replacement very quickly! Great service, thank you!
