Can you microwave it?

Yes, you can make it in the microwave, but use a VERY tall container to ensure it doesn’t boil over. When making 1-2 servings in the microwave, I use my big 4-cup glass measuring cup because it’s tall enough to not boil over. Still watch it carefully and use a taller glass container if it starts to get too high. Larger amounts are easier to make on the stove. There should be microwave instructions somewhere on the package, I thought. It might not need the full 5 minutes in the microwave. I can’t remember how long when we made it, maybe 3 1/2 minutes.
