I am a nursing mother with low supply. I went to a specialist and she suggested I start taking shatavari along with goats rue to help boost my supply. I definitely think this helps. I hate that you are supposed to take this 4 times a day. It’s most helpful when I successfully do that but I’m a new mom and rembering it that often is a real struggle. I like this product. It’s less expensive than I have seen it from other brands which helps a lot. My only complaint would be that you have to take so many a day. I appreciate the benefits though.

Be careful with this strength if you have issues with heartburn. My husband hates the taste. I like the taste but it causes me to have horrible heartburn about an hour after I take it.Nothing wrong with the product I just don't think it's right for us.

I am really happy that I started taking this supplement. It has really made a difference! The effect I have noticed is I have much better internal lubrication, which I have found increases sensitivity, making sex more enjoyable again. An external lubricant just wasn't having the same result. I stopped taking BC shortly before starting this supplement, so I'm not sure if the increased breast sensitivity (a good thing) is due to the supplement or to no longer taking hormones, but I'll take it. Hubby and I are much happier!
