If you are trying to identify which frequency band your device is using, I couldn't do it from packaging. The best answer that I could give you is that if you bought it on Amazon with a US shipping address, then you probably got the 915 version instead of the 433 that you thought you were buying. I understand that if you need a 433, you can contact Ecowitt and they will send you one intended for another country. RTL_433 can be configured to use the 915 band, though this will mean you have two instances of RTL_433 and the sdr hardware. I do. The WH51B is not a powerful transmitter, and the receiver can't be a long distance away. To be used in conjunction with my Ecowitt watering system ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If using indoors, look out for the flashing light *by C***S on 14 May 2026* Seems to work as promised. It's been in place for a while now and the battery is still going strong. It was very simple to use and the screen paired without an issue. I'll caveat the above by saying it's had a very easy life so far - it's used indoors so is protected from the elements and the screen is only a metre away so I've not been testing it's signal strength. Something to be aware of if like me you're using it indoors for houseplants - there's a red led on the top that flashes regularly to show all is well. If it is in your bedroom it will likely disturb you. The fix I found was to look in the box and there is a rubber cap designed to go over the arm holding the battery (to further weather proof it). With a little bit of persuasion this can go over the other bit of the body, neatly hiding the angry LED. Also, as others have mentioned, it is bigger than you might think - not a problem out in a field but you wouldn't want to squeeze this into a small pot.
