So comfortable for PT exercises

Great Matt great price if you have hardwood floors this is a lifesaver. I love working out on it doesn't matter the position you choose. What highly recommend. Padding is nice and thick.

Not great for yoga
I returned it but the company was great about accepting the return. The mat is very nice for floor exercises but it’s smooth on the bottom making it slippery for practicing yoga on hard surfaces, it’s fine on carpet.

Good quality
I’ve been using it every day for several weeks and it’s still in great condition. Super confortable and doesn’t slide. I would buy again with hesitation. Great mat!

Súper cómodo para hacer abdominales. Quizá para yoga es muy grueso. Recomendable para los que hacen abdominales y no quieran dolor el coxis durante abdominales o en los talones cuando hacen estiramientos.

Ce tapis jumèle bien 2 attraits importants: l'antidérapance et il a une bonne épaisseur.Il n'est pas aussi antidérapant qu'un bon tapis de yoga mais fait un travail remarquable. Maintenant au lieu d'avoir deux tapis (un antidérapant et l'autre moelleux), celui-ci a les deux qualités que je recherche d'un bon tapis d'exercice.
