We love this shampoo!! My kids use this all summer long when they swim. It keeps their hair moisturized and not stripped of nutrients. Chlorine does a number of swimmers who swim often and this repairs and keeps the damage at bay. It is a life saver. When my daughter first started on a swim team, I called around to all the other parents searching for what to do about her poor hair and this was all of their suggestion and I've used it for years now! It is expensive for shampoo, but worth its weight in gold!

This is an excellent duo of hair products especially those who swim daily.

I use this on my 9-year-old's hair as she swims 3x/week for about an hour. We also use a cap, but this works well on her hair which is curly and can be challenging to work through without the added chlorine. I'd recommend it to anyone curious.

I love this set, it is worth the $ for the way it works on hair.Please note: The packaging and shipping have incredibly major flaws. My first shipment was awful. The entire contents of both bottles were outside of the bottles, and mixed, together, inside the product’s shipping bag. Neither pump bottle was securely tightened, therefore, every bit of the liquid oozed outside of the bottles, in, what I’m sure is supposed to have been a protective bag. That bag was filled with shampoo and conditioner. The bag leaked into the bubble wrap bag, and the bubble wrap bag leaked all over the inside of the shipping box. I did report this, I was sent replacements. Unfortunately, the same situation was repeated, only not to the great extent, as the last shipment. I needed these, so I am putting up with receiving partial product in each bottle, this time. I’m hoping that someone can advise the source of the original packaging to TIGHTEN the pump screw tops securely, prior to shipping. It’s unfortunate that a great product has arrived in such horrible, gooey condition, twice. Please address. Thanks.

I have nothing bad to say about the product, my daughter's hair feel a lot better after pool water. But you guys need to figure out something about the packaging. First time I've ordered it the shampoo leaked all over the package, so I returned it and ordered a replacement. It came in a better shape, but the shampoo also leaked! I checked, and the cap wasn't screwed on tight enough. I'm not going to return it again, because it seems that this time not too much product got wasted, but it will definitely be my concern for the future.

I bought this set as a refill for my standard-sized bottles of the same s/c set, which live in my swim bag. The shampoo and conditioner are fantastic - I swim 2-3x/week and they do a very good job of keeping my long hair from getting fried, but without leaving it feeling too greasy or too stripped like some other swim-specific sets do. They're really my 'holy grail' set. My only complaint is that the lids of the refill bottles unscrew during shipment, resulting in the product spilling all over the shipping container. The first set I ordered arrived with the shampoo bottle nearly half-empty, and the box absolutely soaked in shampoo. Amazon offered to replace them with a return; the second set arrived half-unscrewed, but not enough that product had leaked out. Even a tape or shrink-wrap seal around the pump would prevent it from moving so easily. I felt terrible sending an entire set of this stuff back in an unsellable state because of a packaging defect. Fix the lids, pleeeeease!

Adding an edit.........There was a hair on the bottle. I threw the damaged box and slick package away. As I rinsed off bottles to set on my tub. I FOUND A HAIR. Not my hair Really? I have used this product for years. It is not the product for which I have an issue, but the packaging. Keep in mind, this had to happen before external box was taped shut. The product leaked sufficiently to cause damage to cardboard box. The shipping bag was not sealed properly. The shampoo pump was not packed in closed position. The outside of bottles are all coated the shampoo leaked. The bottle being shipped in open position created loss of product by leaking, damage to box, slimy bottles.....Yadda Yadda Yadda. Life always goes back to Seinfeld. A gift card from this company would be nice to offset loss of product and time spent cleaning up mess.
