OFM 540 Mesh vs. WorkPro 12000 Chair
Due to the COVID19, I work at home and spend about 8 hours on the chair. The one I have previously was the fake leather and it started to peel off. I spent a week researching on chairs and read tons of reviews and on Youtube searching for the perfect chair under $500. I ended up buying both chairs, one for my kid and one for me. Both were on sale and the WorkPro 12000 was $60 more than the OFM 540.Seat: The WorkPro has a very comfortable cushion seat where the OFM has mesh seat, but also comfortable. The sliding forward/backward feature is very smooth on the WorkPro where I have to get off the chair and use my leg to hold the base in place to slide the chair forward/backward on the OFM chair. The Youtube video makes it look very easy but when I'm seating on the chair, the seat just wouldn't move forward no matter how hard I tried. Yes, I did push the top level down and lift the sliding leveler up. This is where I take 1* off the OFM chair. point goes to the WorkPro.Lumbar Support: The WorkPro can move the lumbar support up and down where the OFM cannot. Point goes to the WorkPro.Armrest: The WorkPro has softer material but only 3D where the OFM has 4D which also moves left and right. Since I've small frame, I like the armrest more closer to my body. The OFM wins on this one.Headrest: After sitting in the chair for hours, I want to lean back and rest my head. The WorkPro does not even come with a headrest. This is why I purchase the OFM. Love the headrest that can tilt and goes up and down. OFM wins on the headrest.Wheels: I have hardwood in my house and both of the wheels look similar. However, the WorkPro glides better and smoother. The WorkPro wins on wheels but not by far.Design and Quality: The WorkPro has better quality. It only has one handle design with three functions where the OFM has three separate handles/levelers. However, the OFM levelers are short and hidden, unlike some chairs that have two or three huge sticks protruding out like a sore thumb.Installation: Easy and both install exact the same way except the headrest has two more screws - Tie.Bottom line: I'm keeping both chairs and since the headrest is a must for me, I'll be using this chair instead of the WorkPro.My original criteria on finding the perfect chair, but it doesn't exist.1. Under $500. 2. Seat must slides forward and backward. 3. 4D armrest. 4. Adjustable lumbar support . 5. Mesh back. 6. Adjustible headrest 7. Roller blade wheels. 8. Quality built with 3+ years warranty.

Quality Chair, Looks great.
First off, I am 6'2 and 244 Lbs. When I first received the chair, the box was pretty heavy. I didn't know what to expect when I finished clicking buy and I was very skeptical. I researched chairs for hours and was looking for 3 months. I couldn't find a chair that was exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted something made of steal, Mesh, back support, headrest, and I wanted the arms to fold up as if It didn't have arms at all. I settled here and couldn't find a chair that had folding arms that I liked or looked reliable. I wanted something with almost no plastic. But this chair seems to be made well, I like the metal base. The mesh is comfortable. I have back support and a head rest that measures up to the mid of my head. It leans back comfortably. Although it has plastic parts, I think they will last a while, and I'm still skeptical about the headrest, if it will break eventually. But I think I can fabricate metal brackets later if it does break. The seat is a little smaller than my last chair, which felt awkward at first, but I think I am use to it now. Right now I rate it 5 stars and I will update later if any thing bad happens. But I feel pretty satisfied about this Chair Purchase. (04/2020)Update-01/2021 This chair seems to be holding up pretty well. No problems with it breaking. I can sit in it comfortably for hours and allows me to sit at the computer while gaming, producing, learning, or watching videos. I have been recommending this chair or chairs similar to friends and family. It is by no means a perfect chair, but I do not regret this purchase. I use it everyday, after work, or days off. but I sit in it at least once a day for an hour. My posture feels nice and I some get the urge to sit up straight versus gamer slouch.

Day 1 - Lives up to the expectation. It does have room for improvement. No regrets
This is a review for Fabric one.Easy to Install/assemble.Instructions are precise. 6 steps and you are done. 5 starsBuilt quality - 4 starsLooks like a 1K chair and Feels like $500 chair. I was hoping fabric would add a bit of plush factor, but sad to report it is bit on the firm side. 3.5 StarsMechanics - has room for improvement but fits the need although a bit rigid in feel. this is not a luxurious chair that we are used to in our offices. no where close to Herman Miller chairs. Close 4 star for mechanics.Cosmetics - Too much plastic - 3 starOverall I would say this is shy of 4 star but I will not hesitate to give 4 stars at this time.Let's see how well it holds up in coming weeks.Delivery was spot on from Amazon. Garnered extra points there.Flip Armrest and memory foam seating would make all the difference in the world.I bought it because OFM has garnered good reviews and this chair was on Sale price. I didn't pay $309.99 it was much lesser than that. yes it was from Amazon Prime and not 3rd party.Hope you find this review useful.Peace out Amazonians!

Almost perfect and the quality is as good or better than a $1000 Chair
. The comfort and versatility is also as good ad a $1000 dollar chair. The only two draw backs is when you lean backwards the arm rest stays froward so it is awkward leading back and not having anything to support your arms, leaving your arms dangling with no place to go. If you don't lean back then you then you will enjoy the 4d arm rest that are very versatile in getting the exact comport placement for your arms. This chair would probably be best for those who are 250lb or less. I am 5-8" and 195lb and I fit perfect. The seat slide forward and back ward features was also great giving you the exact position for your set that fits you best. The arm rest and the width of the chair are a little narrow so this would be to tight for someone larger then 250lb. I have a high desk and this left the chair about 2 inches to short. I fixed this problem buy purchasing 6 new 4 inch high casters / rollers. I would have given this a 5 star if the arm rest would have followed the chair when its leaned back.
