I never knew there were so many variations in shower seals and unfortunately despite my best efforts I managed to order the wrong one!! I telephoned the company popped a piece of the old seal in with the one I sent back, and they swapped it for the correct one. No fuss just happy to help. Lovely friendly family run firm.
