I bought one PANDORA Jewelry Pink Travel Bag that should have arrived 5 days ago, and it has NOT even shipped! Can you confirm when would be shipped?

THEY MAY HAVE TO GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE TO SEND IT, OR IT'S STILL PROCESSING... TECHNICALLY, THE SELLER STILL HAS TIME THROUGH TO THE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE...

¿es original o imitación?

Original as far as I can tell. It had all the Pandora markings on it. It was listed as Pandora and the company got excellent reviews.
