It is often hard to get the pump action to work. Even if you align the triangle guides properly the pump will not pump properly. It is a hit or miss. Considering it has a cap, there is no reason for this "twist to align" pump action.

I have severe allergies, and this product works well for those. However, the bottles are next to impossible to open and you lose some of the product in trying to turn the cap because that also turns the applicator. Directions are not clear, either. If there are side effects, I haven't noticed them, but the bottle isn't just childproof, it's virtually adult proof. That needs to change. It's a great value for the money, and should last a long time. Actually, as this is the 2nd time I have purchased this product, you've change the cap and it opens much, much easier. My previous review was written the first time I tried it, so you took my advice, and I'm sure that of others into account and made a great change. This is the 3rd time I have bought this product. This time, because of its packaging, one bottle was broken, the contents out. Boxes were sodden, but the other two bottles were fine. Thankfully, Amazon refunded my money, but if you're going to keep from losing money and customers, the packaging, (bubble wrap wasn't included), must be changed.

I've used the product twice and am pleased with the results. The problem I did experience was I purchased a 3 pack and all 3 bottles leaked. The packing was wet and falling apart. The safety seal was still in place but the lids seemed to be loose enough to leak.

I am no stranger to nasal sprays as I use them multiple times a day. I have probably tried pretty much all of of them, but this one is nothing to write home about. I thought this was a great deal and why not give it a shot considering other brands like the Amazon basics brand is great. Firstly, opening this was very difficult. Then you have to line it up so it will spray. Once passed that, the effectiveness was sub par. I'm am spraying twice as much of this spray than I normally would another brand and I still can't breathe well. Also, this could just be me, but I feel like it has a funny smell to it. Almost resembles peanuts. Definitely different than another regular nasal spray. Overall, save your money and go for a different brand.

Due to a stupid doctor and weird medicaid coverage back in the 80s, lifelong addiction to nasal spray. Finding actual 1oz bottles not .75 or 1/2oz ones, and finding it for less than $7 a bottle has been a challenge recently. The one that worked the best in over 35 years of needing nasal spray in the brand the Dollar Tree Stores sells, but they aren't in my area, no car/no public or other transportation, and Walmart refuses to ship any nasal sprays half the time, Target apparently doesn't have a generic... I keep having issues with eBay refusing my debit card now too. So this was my last resort. It isn't stellar, but it does the job. Long lasting is debate-able, but it seems ok.
