I have used this several times and it works great. It is not a human massage, but it is wonderful when you need something to loosen up your muscles. My neck started to cramp up today and I have no idea why. So I grabbed this, put it on my neck for about 10 minutes and I could actually tilt my head from side to side again. This is also good because you can put it up and down your back. You do have to use your arms to hold it in place from the front straps, but so far this has been worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I actually LOVED this it was great I didn't only use it on my neck and shoulders I used it on my back, lower back, my legs oh my goodness relaxation at its finest. I was only allowed to out one video for the review so I put one that I took in the car since I felt that would be more beneficial. It comes with a car adapter and I can say the massager is just as powerful in the car as it is in the home outlet. If you need a massage on the go this is something you should consider buying. It has 3 speed setting, heat control and even though it will switch directions on its own every few min there's reverse button so you can control which way it goes. It is high quality material, very sturdy and doesn't look like it can rip easily. It is a bit bulky but small price to pay for a good massage. You can put your arms through the loops and control how hard you want it to get in there. Although I had one problem though. There's a zipper on the machine I'm assuming to remove the cover but I can't get it open. The zipper is tucked under a little tunnel and there was no tag to be able to pull it out so I did a makeshift tag and the tag broke so I'll never know what that's really for. Anyway other than that little quarell I find this machine very VERY good I used it every other day and it's always relaxed me. Ive had to watch myself I almost fell asleep couple times lol.

It was reasonably priced and overall, provided effective relief of sore and stiff areas. The make was fairly solid and I was pleased with the first purchase. I gave it to a family member and decided to reorder. The second time I received the unit, the motor died after a few months (not aggressively or frequently used).I would give it 5 stars for effectiveness, but if it isn't working after a few months, I'm worried about the longterm reliability of the unit, regardless of the warranty. Since I'm still under warranty, I'll see if the exchange process will have me re-evaluate my rating.Edited: received a replacement for my broken unit. Customer service was responsive, fast and smooth. Appreciate the care.

Absolutely love this massager, one of the best inventions for neck massage. It's a little rough on my lower back, but I just don't lean back as much. There are two settings for the rotation of the balls, and there's also a heat setting. It automatically turns off after a certain amount of minutes as well. Highly recommend.

Item was already opened. Massager was not in it's bag. Power plug out in a heap and twist ties at bottom. Plus no manual or warranty.

Ok, the first one I received didn't work correctly. It shut off after 2 minutes and would not turn back on unless it would sit for an hour, but would only turn on for 2 minutes at a time. I was disappointed because the design and feel of it was great. I opted to return it and get the same one just in case I got a lemon. The new one is awesome! There are no issues at all with it! The massaging heads are the perfect size and shape and it doesn't make noise and seem like it will break when pressure is applied for a deeper massage. I sent another one back from a different brand that could not take even the slightest pressure for an actual massage. I deal with chronic pain and having devices like this is a must for me, and has been for years. This one so far is my favorite in both comfort and design. I'm a little hard on these devices so we shall see how it holds up. If it holds up as long as the other one's I have had in the past, I will definitely be ordering it again.
