We out these up on along the top of our back fence to help with tag for the kids at night. Since the fence it black, it hard to see. These lights were super easy to put up and being solar, they turn on at dusk immediately. They aren’t incredibly bright, but they do the trick for us! Take your time putting them up. There’s a lot of lights and copper wires in 100ft so it take just a little patience to make sure you don’t run into a mess. Ours worked out perfectly. I’ll post pictures tonight.

These lights were bought to go on & around the poles on my pool deck because we do not have an electrical plug for regular lights. I AM satisfied with them overall, but I do have to say that they weren’t what I expected. I expected ROPE lights- lights that were covered with heavy duty plastic. These are morelike fairy lights- very light and exposed to sun/water/etc. They are very lightweight, DAINTY, and need to be wrapped twice around the pole to notice a significant difference in light. Again, I am satisfied with them as they do give off a decent amount of light but they are NOT rope lights as described.

These lights worked as expected. The solar panel had direct sun for about one day and worked the next evening. They don't give off much light for seeing much of anything, but more for ambience. This is just what I wanted and expected. The majority of the light in the photo is from an exterior light from the house.Summer is almost here and the pool is open. All lights still work! We have ours automatically come on at dusk every night, but you can have them go on and off manually or even blink or other options

I just received my lights & the prongs to go into the solar panel are bent & the holes are to small for them to fit even if they weren't bent. I just contacted the seller to see if i can get a replacement. They are beautiful & i was so excited to use them :(. I will update my review after i find out how quickly they get back to me & if the next one is good.Here is an update on my lights:I received my replacement set & the prongs were perfectly fine this time & i was able to plug them in no problem. I charged them for a day & they are beautiful. I have them around my tree in ny front yard & the plastic coating in the lights make it where i can wrap them around anything without worrying about the wires being damaged. The seller has been wonderful about staying in touch on how my replacement product has been. Their customer service goes above & beyond

Absolute TRASH. I purchased this item to replace a perfectly working 60-foot strand because I needed a slightly longer set to fully cover the span I was working with. Unfortunately, the first 15-20 LEDs after the solar panel work (at about 5% brightness) and the rest don’t even come on. I know for a fact it’s not a charging issue or a connector issue as the panel had ample time to charge (and I also put AA batteries in...). Not only are the lights defective, they’re just poor quality overall. The “waterproofing” is terrible and some strands of copper are actually left completely exposed. The plastic/rubber piece covering the end of the strand came off when running the lights and does not go back on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased 2 sets of 300 LED, solar powered string lights from through Amazon, one in March 2020 and a second in May 2020. They both worked well for several months. Then the solar function stopped charging. The electronics do not recognize that the sun is out. The lights stay on under AA battery power until drained.I emailed the vendor and they were very helpful. The lights have a one year warranty for refund or replacement. It was my choice for them to refund me for one set and replace the second set so that I could evaluate it further.

I bought 10 of these 100 ft LED lights to string up on the trees in our backyard (took tons of time and effort). 6 of them no longer work presumably because the solar power doesn't work (either stopped working or never worked) and the battery has been depleted. The remainder will not stay on a single light mode for more than 15 minutes. They switch over to an incredibly chaotic and obnoxious rotating of light modes. I have contacted the seller and initially received a reply asking about the issue indicating a desire to address and resolve. After explaining the situation and repeatedly following-up I have received zero response. So much for the promised customer support. Avoid avoid avoid!

I previously bought a proper rope light that worked great, but unfortunately it stopped working after a few months. This time around I chose this product because it came with a 1 year warranty. The wire is a flimsy copper. My biggest issue is that it turns off and changes modes at random. Fortunately this unit comes with a remote so I can easily turn it back on and put in the proper mode, but I find I have to do it multiple times a night and have just given up.
