This is the only brand I buy other than Paul stamets host defense when it comes to mushroom supplements. I feel the effects, I love the Lions mane the most. My only complaint which is why I deducted a star is I hate the packaging it comes in. After opening I could never reclose it. I could always put in Tupperware or something but I don't want to have to do that. Buy for the product itself, it's my go to when I don't feel like paying the higher price for Paul stamets host defense brand

I usually would have this in my coffee literally everyday. I just quit coffee and now use it with my chicory beverage or in my smoothie or shaker cup with protein!!

I definitely feel a boost when I take this.

I can't say I've noticed a difference in my energy levels. But it tastes good mixed in with my coffee, and I feel like I'm doing something healthy for myself!
