Really nice pan. I haven't used it for pies yet, but use it every morning for a batch of 5 biscuits. Also works great when I want a serving or two of Ora-Ida fries. So much easier than pulling out a cookie sheet for small jobs.

Even cooking & easy to clean
Great all-around pie dish. Ensures even cooking of bottom crust. I've made pies and cornbread so far and nothing has stuck to the bottom.

Damaged
I purchased two of these, expecting a quality product. As shown in the photo - one arrived with two dents in it. As the other was fine, this was shipped damaged. Not good.
