What is the purpose of three holes on bottom with only the biggest of them being all the way through?

the big hole is for a lanyard or secure a tassle to it to hang off belt when your using it,,the other two,,are nothing

Can you change blade ?

Hmmm I see a place for some type of Allen key but I bought a knife sharpener. The knife is a good beater knife don’t expect majic from it. You get what you’re pay for. It dulled in 2-3 weeks of everyday use. So I bought a sharpener and I had to grind a new point because I broke the tip. I do live the knife though. I just need to buy a better quality one then maybe a stronger metal.
