Lid is very easy to adjust and remove. Ice cubes seem to melt rather quickly; disappointed with that. Mine was made in the USA - a plus for me.UPDATE: Apr 13th 2016:The liner separated from the mug and there does not seem to be any product, including Gorilla Glue, that will reattach it.Definitely a rip-off given what I paid for it.
