When I take these in conjunction with a multivitamin for women-one each at bedtime, I don't have hot flashes. I think it lifts my mood some, too.

I love the instructions that give you options about dosage. I suffer from arthritis and joint pain My hand and joints have been swelling since I was a child. This product will help me with that problem I have only taken it for 2 days but so far there is no stomach distress, and I drink water when I take it and there is no problems so far. Thank You for putting all these ingredients together It saves me time and money, aggravation, and time to make the tea myself. Now I can take the capsule and I can go on with my day :)I waited to fill out the form to make sure I used it for awhile. The bottle came secure to my satisfaction. I have taken the capsules for awhile now and they are working and they have all the ingredients I need and was mixing myself. Thank You.

It has helped to relieve the pains in my shoulder, & the arthritc stiffness in my hands & knees. No effect was noticed relieving the knee pains. Ashwagandha (mood enhancer) didn't have any effect on me. I was hoping that it would have helped me, to at least some degree. I'm undecided whether it's worth the expense. I'm 89-years-old, and only do stretching movements. A more active person will probably benefit a lot more.

I have taking Virmerson Health TAG for about 4 months now and the results are great. I take this mostly to manage stress and help with and assorted aches and pains. I got this supplement because I take all these separately and wanted to take one pill instead. I think it works the same but its nice having all these ingredients in one easy to swallow pill.

I purchased this to help with my energy and mood. I usually take it in the morning and it gives me a burst of energy, but then I experience a terrible crash in the afternoon. I will try a lower dose to see if that helps, but I doubt I will buy this again.

I have a knee injury that has been very painful from the inflammation. I tried taking Aleve but suffered from serious side effects. I wish I had known about this a couple of months ago!! I only take the recommended dosage (2 capsules a day) and every day is better than the last!!! I’ve been taking this for a little over a week. I noticed that it was helping with the pain the first day! I am reordering more!! I’m also telling my family and friends! This is awesome!!Update 9/16/2020Tried this tumeric blend for inflammation. I had really injured my knee and it wasn't healing. The pain was pretty bad. I felt relief the very first day. After taking this for several months I noticed I was losing weight. I checked the info on the website and turns out it's also good for thyroid support. All the females in my immediate family have thyroid issues. I thought I did not. I've been obese most of my adult life, for the first time a bit of exercise MAKES A DIFFERENCE! IT NEVER did before. To add icing to this cake, the customer service is EXCELLENT!

I have been taking this daily for about 7 weeks. I’m a 48 year old woman in perimenopause that has been gaining weight over the past couple of years despite no habit changes. This supplement seems to be helping in this area. My stomach is much flatter, fat and cellulite are reducing, my eyes are less puffy, and my ankles, wrists and fingers are thinner. I feel generally far less puffy and inflamed overall. My clothes fit better and my energy is higher. Haven’t been experiencing my usual 3pm energy slump.
