Best kept secret no more
If you use it properly, it’s amazing! I also kind of like the herbs and spices smell. Not worrying about chemical burns, fumes, or toxic ingredients is THE BEST. Make sure you store properly too! Way worth the price

Happy with the smell
I was pleased from the beginning. It was well packed and was not leaking. The thyme oil smell is nice compared to stronger smelling chemicals. We used it behind and under the tub where we found a leak and mold. Looking forward to using it for other purposes like bacteria and viruses. The instructions say you can use it on many, many surfaces; also on some equipment and devices. I like the fact that it’s also good for soft surface sanitation. I know thyme oil is not good for cats, but I’m hoping I can use this as a cleaner in my house and not harm my cats.

kills the mold !!!
It does not smell like grapefruit or citrus but it worked fantastic. Used on mold in a bathroom ceiling and painted wall. recommended by mold specialist gentleman and the product works great. I would recommend wearing a mask and eye protection and don't expect it to smell wonderful but it does work

Used to disinfect and deodorize car A/C
In the past I was using Lysol to spray into the air intake of our cars and that would work for a little while (a couple of months) to keep the funky smell from coming back. For a more heavy-duty once a season treatment, I was using those cans of evaporator coil cleaners and spaying into the drain line. Those treatments work a lot better and the smell usually doesn't come back until the next season. I wanted something that I could use to spray into the air intake vents on a monthly basis without having to take panels out and do the evaporator coil treatment. The Lysol treatments also wouldn't last that long. This product works great and your success depends on how fine of a mist you can get. I got a spray bottle off Amazon and the spray isn't that fine but it's fine enough for the application I'm using. I take out the cabin air filter (and if it doesn't have to be replaced, I'll shake it and spray it down with this product as well). and then I run the A/C at max and spray the product into the air intake vents on the outside of the car (make sure your A/C is set for fresh air and not recirculate). After I do that for a minute or so, I will then go inside the car and change the air setting to recirculate. I usually roll the windows down, or you can open the doors, and then I spray the product underneath the dash (passenger and driver side if you have dual zone A/C) so the internal air intakes circulate the product. Your vehicle carpet will get wet so don't go too crazy. You don't need a ton of product. I smell more of a wintergreen type scent versus the grapefruit but once the product dries, there really isn't that much of a scent. (don't forget to install/re-install your cabin air fliter) I think a gallon of this concentrated product will last me many years and save me a lot of money. Well worth it to keep my car A/C's smelling fresh.

Recommended for mold remediation but smell is a bit intense
We had a leak under one of our sinks at work but before facilities would do any repairs, they wanted to make sure mold was remediated. The risk management guy recommended thyme-based (thymol) cleaners in particular and this one came up at a great value. For this particular application, we saturated the wood with the Bioesque and then used a wire brush to disrupt potential biological growth. After it was dry, we were instructed to apply Zinsser/Kilz or other encapsulating primers. When you use this spray, the area will smell intensely like thymol which, to some, was pleasantly reminiscent of an Italian restaurant and to others, was overpoweringly strong. This stuff did the trick and facilities was satisfied with its application. I would suggest use in a well-ventilated area. We also used this to clean a walk in cooler but the lingering smell was vaguely reminiscent of cigarette smoke (???). We still have A TON left. Four stars for being a safe, natural disinfectant and for a little going a long way. Minus a star for the controversial smell.

Great product
Ran across this product while doing duct cleaning, we use it for sanitizing ducts with a fogger, and spraying on biological growth. People aren't aware that air conditioning systems are a giant petri dish for biological growth. Smells natural and not like chemicals. I like it enough that I wanted some for use on my home.

Great DIY All-Purpose Cleaner
I was looking for less toxic disinfectant alternatives and came across this product on Amazon. I loved it! I essentially clean everything with it, from tables to my floor. The smell is a bit strong for me but I like combining 2/3 with 1/3 of alcohol along with a bit of a soap/detergent and put it in a spray bottle (check pic for products used). It makes my place smell so clean and fancy! I sometimes spray it in the guests’ pillows & sheets 30 mins before guests arrive to make my sheets smell good + make sure it’s all clean.

Bioesque botanical disinfectant solution-I don't know why the smell bothers people.
This product is the best kept secret and yet shouldn’t be. It’s best quality *safe, safe, safe, it’s 2nd best quality *it DOES disinfect and in today’s pandemic time very important. The Bioesque scent dissipates within a short time . I also use it for getting stains out of upholstery; spray, wait a minute , blot done. The scent of bleach is caustic and shouldn’t be inhaled. We may have gotten imprinted with the idea that a home is clean if it smells like bleach but it’s a really bad idea to use bleach on a baby’s high chair tray or toys. You can use Bioesque. I have 4 grandchildren and I’m very careful. I use it in spray bottles. One in each bathroom and the kitchen. No, I wasn’t asked to do a review. No association with the company.
