Does the belt have non slip restraints to prevent the belt from coming loose?

I am not sure what you mean, but once the belt is adjusted, I find that it does not slip. I had another, cheaper bag, which I had to put a big safety pin through the belt to stop it slipping. I have not had to do this with this one.
