Works great as advertised but did not come with electrolyte but i had that allreadyGreat lil unit for small brazing like jewelry work this unit cost less than renting bottles and the cost of acetylene and oxygen

For its price cant argue against its value, but...Got the machine, It was missing the hydroxide powder, but for its price i did not care.worked out of the box to produce a mediocre to poor flame and the water level meter did not function as specified. Had maybe a 3-4mm weak cry of a flame that barely got things hot at max setting. The water meter tube as per the other reviewer there was clogged with rust as i discovered during my breakdown.So, I took the cover off and noticed that all of the pressure tube fittings were rusted to an great degree and that the water level tube was clogged. took out all of the components involved with the electrolytic chamber and cleaned them with some minor elbow grease and CLR inside and out followed by a thorough rinse.(as best i could with the welded shut enclosure.) I made sure treat each now clean threaded and rusted with rust preventer. I reassembled everything, made sure the pressure safety sensor worked as designed, inserted the tubes back to their mounts and covered everything with teflon tape to help seal everything better before screwing the hose/tube mount nuts back on.End result;Now i get a 10-20cm flame with the same NaOH solution that can melt copper and high grade ceramics. I put the flame on a piece of blended TiZrCi ceramic and the surface melted in to a glassy finish. Works wonderfully now that the factory lack of QC/QA issues have been fixed.Downside... honestly if one does not do home refurbishing/repairs to clean out the rust, add teflon tape etc this thing can be dangerous. there is a lot of rust... enough to potentially interfere with the functioning of the safety valve. once it and a bunch of the metal involving uncleaned burrs is gone the machine is superb for the price, but as is i do not recommend it to amateurs.

The water level indicator was not working on mine and it overflowed I had to take it apart and clear out the pipe fitting which was clogged with corroded bits of metal.I recommend doing a dry run to rinse it out and make sure everything's clear. Otherwise it produces a lot of gas and a lot of pressure if you didn't know .15 Mpa stands for megapascal, which this thing runs on 20 psi.Also it doesn't come with a funnel but it does come with an American Cord that's not pictured
