Arrived quickly, although it did have a few scratches which a little spray paint quickly fixed. Shipping box could have been of better quality. Once I got the bolt holes cleaned out as suggested on-line, it bolted right on with ease with just about 10 seconds of assistance from wife holding one end while I place it on some supports before trying to bolt on. Overall, very pleased with quality and fit.

Great fit and easy install on 2013 Kia Sorento
This Reese 44639 Class III/IV 2" hitch is a perfect fit for the 2013 Kia Sorento LX (I have the V6 FWD version). It installs easily with four bolts and washers (included) that thread into four existing holes in the underside of the vehicle's frame. Once installed, the top of the square 2" receiver tube measures 13" above the pavement.Installing the hitch alone took 30 minutes. Some may find it too unwieldy to install alone because the hitch is fairly heavy (I would guess it weighs about 50 lbs.); however, it can be done if you lift and install one side of the hitch at a time. I started by installing the driver side first because the bolt heads are easier to access and tighten on that side. I lifted the hitch into place and loosely threaded in the two bolts. Then I lifted the other half (the passenger side) and slowly (tediously) threaded in the two bolts for that side. The passenger side is more difficult to install with the exhaust in the way, but with patience and some tedious wrench turning, it isn't very difficult--just slow. Obviously, don't try to install the hitch shortly after driving the vehicle or you'll burn your hands on the hot exhaust pipes. With a helper, I would guess that even someone with little or no mechanical experience and only modest physical strength could easily install this hitch in under an hour. You'll need a 5/8" wrench to tighten the bolts. Unless your vehicle is brand new, you may also need a brush and some spray lubricant (WD40 or some such equivalent) to clean dirt and debris out of the threaded holes in the frame before trying to install the bolts to attach the hitch. The Reese hitch is solidly built and nicely welded. The black coating leaves a lot to be desired in terms of fit and finish. Perhaps due to improper handling during shipping, mine arrived with the coating already worn off (or flaking away) on most of the hard edges (the angled corners of the brackets, the edges of the receiver, etc.). I don't consider this a major flaw because it's more than likely the hitch would acquire a few scratches during installation anyway. I used a good quality black epoxy spray paint to re-coat the bare spots after the hitch was in place and it looks as good as new.Once installed, the hitch is fairly discrete and inconspicuous, and nearly as attractive as a factory installation. The only other thing you need (besides a draw bar) is a wiring harness. If you have the V6 LX, there's a good chance you already have factory tow-ready attachments, which are two capped connectors located underneath the vehicle, on the driver's side, near the rear wheel. If you have those attachments and you want to install a standard 4-wire flat connector for your trailer, then get the Tow Ready 118541 T-One Connector Assembly. The wiring assembly takes a little time to route and install behind the left tail-light housing, but it's not difficult and it all snaps conveniently into the factory tow-ready attachments (assuming you have them). It took me about 20 minutes to install and works great. For a total of about 50 minutes of solo labor and less than $230 shipped, I now have a tow-ready vehicle. That is astonishingly cheaper than the approximately $800 my local Kia dealer quoted me for a factory installed hitch and wiring!I deducted one star only because of the scuffed and flaking black coating. You'll want to spray paint any bare metal with an epoxy paint just to ensure good corrosion resistance. If that doesn't bother you, this is a five star hitch. It's well built and I can't imagine any easier way to put a hitch on a vehicle than four simple bolts.

Great hitch and easy to install.
This hitch is simple, works great and is easy to install. It's of course heavy and most people will need a helper. I installed it by myself but it requires some strength. After you receive your hitch take one of the bolts to your hardware store and buy a matching tap. You will use this to clean out the bolt holes in the frame of your car. The bolts thread into the frame and the threads are likely rusted a little and filled with small stones and road grime. Tightening the bolts is very difficult with dirty threads. So clean them out and you will be much happier. I pushed the exhaust to the side and there is plenty to clearance to tighten the bolts. I'm using this hitch exclusively for a Swagman 4 place platform type bike rack. Also got that at Amazon.

Could not install with harware supplied.
Bolts provided did not fit my truck. Not only not were they long enough, they were the incorrect size. I've not been able to put the receiver on my truck yet. I'll have to now get a few different size bolts until i can get the proper ones from my local hardware store. Receiver itself seems of good quality.

very nice fit and easy installation
very nice fit and easy installation, although I'm glad I read the onsite instructions to catch some of the twists.

Perfect fit.
This bolted right on my 2011 Santa Fe in minutes. No fuss, well that is until I realized I can just push the muffler to the side for one of the bolts. Because its on rubber hangers, it does move over. So substantial too. Well made.

sturdy and easy to install
This feels heavy/strong. it was easy to install with the instructions and you can find u-tube videos online that show the whole process which helped out a lot. I used it all the time on my Kia Sorento 2012, works great. the only thing you might want to have on hand is a torque wrench so you know you have tightened the bolts properly.

perfect. Thank you
One of the bolts I couldn't tighten to torque. I believe that if I had tried, it would have snapped. Other than that, perfect. Thank you. Also, delivery was 2 days earlier than expected.
