Antica Italia Balsamic Vinegar 12-year

I cannot foresee going through the winter without my favorite Italian balsamic vinegar from Caputo‘s in Salt Lake City. I discovered it at a high-end Seattle restaurant 20 years ago came home to Newport Beach California and found it in my Italian deli store, it was the only vinegar they sold , confirming that this balsamic is the best. You will be hooked for life on this Antica Balsamic Vinegar, deep complex flavors, some sweetness to it and very addicting. And the price really isn’t that much for what you get. I’m just surprised that other stores don’t carry this brand even after asking Kroger, Smith’s market and Macy’s, none of them will. So thank God for Caputos in Salt Lake City . I Ordered it, they were out of the small batch, so they generously sent me a gallon. That will last me at least three years, I am prepared. Great service from Caputos, packaged right, this is without a doubt the best Balsamic you will ever use. Olive oil and balsamic on fresh salad, that’s is all you need.
