The manufacturer takes pains for a good presentation! It comes in a snazzy box. It's also easy to assemble and sturdy.Unfortunately, the dispenser began to leak from the bottom onto my counter. I reached out to the seller and they were very responsive. They helped me to walk through troubleshooting steps and then when it was clear there was a problem with my dispenser, I sent them a picture for their records and they sent me a replacement.They clearly take pride in their product and their business. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Very nice water dispenser it's worth what I paid for with quality. Everything it shows in the picture and description is what you get. I've already received compliments on the first day it was out. Lol!

perfect fit on my counter and looks so much nicer than a plastic jug! I fill it with a couple of 1 gallon plastic jugs it has a spout so its perfect!!

This is a pretty basic setup. It worked great, was easy to install and matches everything. I love the black because I like modern stuff, but it could go with that primitive county too. I'm very happy with it!

Excellent quality. Does not drip or leak. Arrived quickly. I had done a LOT of looking- both online and in stores. This product stood out amongst the completion. Very glad I bought it!

Nice looking container, wish it had a lid to match, as I am dumping in the water instead of using the large ugly plastic container on top
