32138002 Concetto Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet, Starlight Chrome

I did a lot of research before I pulled the trigger on this faucet. It lived up to everything I had learned about it, and more! My wife and I are so happy we made this purchase!

Seems to be another high-quality product German engineered by Grohe, a very well respected brand. I would recommend it to anybody and I believe it to be a very nice product and priced very fairly.

My umpteenth Grohe product, always looks and functions as a European designed product should, plus US based customer service, tech support, and spare parts second to none.

Worked fine for about a year, but out of the blue, it started leaking when the handle is set to off and not completely in the hot position. The most unfortunate part is that the faucet started leaking at the bottom so it actually leaked INTO the cabinet, so by the time we realized it was leaking, the cabinet inside was soaked and the wood started to warp already. ***Update*** I contacted Grohe regarding the warranty coverage to fix this leak. So the process was quite good, I reached out to them and they quickly got back to me and sent me a replacement internal part (a new faucet cartridge). So after a lot of YouTube videos, I figured out to replace the cartridge, which was quite simple. However, the cartridge they sent me leaked worse than the original... Another however, I realized the original cartridge wasn't actually broken, but the nut that holds the cartridge in place was just loose, so I just had to tighten it. Leaving this review as 1 star as it seems there is a design flaw that loosens the nut over time or it just came badly assembled. And also because they sent me a completely broken replacement cartridge. Long story short, warranty process was good, but design flaw / bad assembly + sending me a completely broken replacement cartridge keeps this review at 1 star.

I now have five of these in our home and really like the clean lines and modern look. The quality is definitely there. Installation has been hard but doable as you have to work in a tight space behind the sink.

Wow... what a challange to get them installed. Loving the taps, but I really wish the description specified the threading installation requirements/details. I live in south africa and we have (Metric BSP) G 1/2 faucet fittings. These taps require your faucet fittings to be 9/16-24 UNEF. This was a great deal since I bought it as an open box. The faucet is beautiful, it was super easy to install and I like the fact that it’s a lot higher than my last faucet so it’s easier to get under and wash. This is my third Grohe product and it was a great value for the money.

Love the color and functionality. Part of more contemporary look for guest bathroom, glammed it up a bit.

Had these faucets in our old house and bought them again to put in our new house. They are easy to use and function a lot better than the ones there with very little clearance between the faucet and the sink. Look forward to when they are all installed.

I absolutely love this product, its so much quality for that price. It’s absolutely a perfect addition for my new bathroom with 2 sinks. I was worried that it be too big. But definitely a perfect size. The drain is an overflow drain. I was looking for this answer and couldn’t find it anywhere, so hopefully I help someone with this :)

Looks beautiful but that's about it. No matter what was tried could not get this snuggly mounted. There is a quite a bit of play in the thread running parallel with the supply lines in the faucet assembly, that remains once the mounting nut is tightened. And tighten I did, to the point where the metal c clamp was bending, yet there was still way too much play in the faucet. And at this point it was leaning notably to one side as the nut/thread is off center. Have had no such issues with other bahtroom faucets with similar c-clamp mechanism.
