Ferret approved
Not my favorite color, wish it was available in more but it gets the job done. I bought 2 at the same time for my ferret and within 2 months the bowl that holds the food has teeth marks and the water bowl looks like new. I'm rating 5 stars because to be fair when I 1st got my Ferret she bit EVERYTHING, her hammock, bed, litter box, and us. It was the adjusting to the new environment. We had to replace some items that she tore apart but the dishes are still good if anything I'd replace just one. Overall they are easy to clean, they hold good considering my ferret cant knock them off, perfect size for the right amount of food and water (we give her fresh food and water every morning) and it's so easy to replace the food and water without removing everything. On the 3rd picture you can see how one of the dishes is locked (water) and the other unlocked (food) with a simple back and forth clip, pretty easy. I also pictured the teeth marks but like I said my ferret bit 1 out of the 2 and still they get job done and honestly I doubt theres anything cheaper out there. So definitely good for a SINGLE ferret and yes theres small spills here and there (hardly anything) but what animal doesn't drop anything and nothing compared to having the bowls flipped over.

Easy To Refill and Replace
I use this for my ferrets who love knocking over their bowls of water and kibble. Make sure when you first put this into their wired cage you have it on tight. If your ferrets are like mine they will try and test if they can knock it over. I didn't have it tight enough the first time and they managed to rotate it upside down. After retightening it I have not had a single issue. The sliding lock feature makes it super easy to take out clean and refill the cups. They are dishwasher safe and heavy thick smooth plastic. I only wish they came a little larger and in a different color.

BUY THESE! Trust me, just buy them!
I literally want to shout out to anyone that gave this less than 5 stars - "Are you a crazy person"???? I have two fat little guinea pigs, who were CONSTANTLY stepping in their pellet bowls, spilling them all over the place, not only making a mess, but wasting so much food! I saw some people say their pets couldn't get at the food...c'mon! They have super sniffers, and they are not dumb. Buddy and Sporty Spice had zero issues getting at these, the plastic is super strong and durable, they lock securely in place, easy to lift out to refill, and they are literally the best thing I have discovered for small pets in a cage. If I could give these a million stars, I would. BUY THESE!!! You're welcome. :)

Great feeding dish
I have had several feeding bowls for my sugar gliders none of which have worked well. Some are easy to install but terrible to clean. Others are the opposite. This works quite well. It's big enough to be able to put their food in with room to spare so as to cut down on the "food fights". Clean up is very easy. If I hadn't gotten two in a package, I'd be buying another one.

Small but holds well
Make sure you check the size because this is a fairly small bowl. I use it for rabbit pellets so I have to fill it twice a day which isn't a big deal. It's very hard so doesn't have any rabbit chew marks on it after about a month of use, which is good. It holds well on my cage (I attached directly above a cross bar for added stability and to help avoid possible stripping of the screw in case it was climbed on) and the bowl is removable without unscrewing the holder, but since I wasn't sure it wouldn't be bumped out of the holder I left the zip tie on it which it came with to keep it in place and located it close to the door of the cage for easy filling. It does have a lock of some sort in the design but I wasn't confident that it would stay in place with my active pet. The price seemed fair for the quality. Overall pretty good item so far.

Budgie / parakeet loves it!
My budgie took a minute to get used to this in his cage but now he regularly eats from it. I will use this for when I feed him vegetables and fruit because I can just throw it in the dishwasher or easily wash it without having to take his seed tray out. I put it on the second tier because I find that on the bottom it is a little big and he gets nervous having so much down there with the water and seed trays. The screw on it great and easy to use but I do notice that it is just slightly thick for my bars and I can see some plastic stripping from around the edges. I am moving my Kiwi to a larger cage though so I don't think that will be a problem in the future but just something I noticed. It is not on the inside where my budgie could accidentally get to any though, just when I screw and unsure it. Usually I keep the screw part attached and just lift out the cup which is very handy. I would recommend for small or larger bird owners. It's great.

Great dishes!
I have used several sizes and styles of these locking dishes and they never fail to please. I love that my ferrets can not pop them off, tip them over or knock them around. They are tricky to mount sometimes because of the different pieces but that is to be expected. I have had one of them break on me at the base of the screw but that was mostly user error as I was moving it around a lot, had it for quite some time, and the ferrets were very rough with it because of where I had it located (and were digging under it and standing on it and causing undue strain) but I have put them down on the flat surface so they can wedge themselves under them and have not had an issue since. I have used these for multiple animals from rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and ferrets and thought hey are a little deep for smaller birds, they would be great for parrots and medium to larger birds. I will totally keep buying these!

This product is sturdy, durable and easily assembled to a cage
This product is sturdy, durable and easily assembled to a cage. The cups feature to slid out to be cleaned or filled is a convenient feature. My only grip is this was labeled a useable Means to feed my small animals but they cannot reach over the cup to get at the food. With this having to mounted in the cage, having to sit just above the cage plastic liner, you need some type of step for your animal to even see inside it little alone eat out of it. This product is great for birds, animals that are large enough to climb over the top and get the food out and animals that are flexible enough to reach that far up and bend straight back down to eat. Not for small animals unless you have a step for them.

perfect for rabbits
As always these little bowls are perfect for rabbit pellets. Perfect daylie portion for the glutonous ones. Attach solidly so they can't throw em around or spill. Easy to clean and sturdy plastic that resist chewing for a long time. I've got one of these 3 years ago and although a corner got chewed a little bit so far, that is all and it wasnt much at all wich is very impressive when plastic has to face rabbits! None of the other bowls are even damaged and only reason I needed to buy a few more was because I added new cages.

Love these crocks
I use these for my rats, who are spoiled and will only drink out of open bowls. This one is small, i use it for water but also any food i want to try to keep contained. Easy to use, strong, the bowl locks into the base great ( for those animals that are a bit rowdy), easy to remove and clean. All over great crocks
