How long do these bars last before they'd be considered expired?

All the products will have at least 8 months shelf-life, but are more than safe to be eaten for a further 2 months after.

How many calories per bar? i'm doing my dofe and am looking for high calorie foods, as i'll be burning more than 4000 calories a day every day
